One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. The owner is friendly. Oh, I wish my memory were better. I think her name is Arlene. Please forgive me if I got it wrong. I told her that I'm mainly into quilting. She said that a lot of crazy quilters come to her for beads. Crazy quilting uses a lot of embroidery and embellishments such as beads and charms, with the patterns of the fabric providing background interest. She told me that I could bring my bracelet repair project and work on it there, to get advice, because she knows so much more about beading than I do, and also in case I just need a few beads to finish.
