BEWARE: COMPANY CLOSED?! After a decade of great service, their services became sub-par with communication & turn around times after their move. They recently missed their 2024 holiday xmas deadline for first time ever. I ordered early Nov, well before the cut off date. I have yet to receive a clients album or any update of when the album will arrive and we are well into the New Year of 2025. According to comments online on FB and IG, they have closed doors with no mention to their clients and no updates of our album status. I plan to call my bank and get my money back! read more

What a disaster this company has become! Slow delivery and when products finally arrive, they're full of errors. Avoid at all costs

I don't need albums very often but when I do I always go to Finao because I know the quality and workmanship will be top-notch. I recently created an album for my mum's 80th birthday because our plans for a family reunion were thwarted by Covid restrictions. Seeing the joy that all the memories contained in it brought her over Facetime was so special. I can't thank the Finao team enough for all the care that they put into their products. One of the best professional album companies out there! (and there's lots of them). They have so many great album products to choose from, and the options keep increasing each and every year! Their packaging keeps getting better (and prettier) and they also pride themselves as a "green" company; utilizing recycled materials for product packaging and shipping. What is also great about Finao is that you can actually speak to a real CS rep that is actually based right here in the USA! They just extended their customer service hours to accommodate us photographers on the west coast too! In addition to their great product offerings, I find that their ownership really takes pride in the products they sell. In fact I've seen first-hand that the owners are right there in the production process in order to get their products produced and delivered properly. We recently ordered our book from Finao and we are very disappointed by the lack of customer service. In multiple conversations with Finao we discussed how important it was to us to have the book by a certain date. The customer service rep promised to have it ready for us, but less than a week before we really needed the book, it was still not ready with no indication of when it would be completed. As we had discussed the importance of our date with them early on, we wish they had given us options to modify our order so that we could have it on time. Instead, we are left feeling very frustrated and confident that we will not be working with them in the future. read more
