Good pizza but my favorite were the Zucchini Crisps. SOOO. Good and they were a hit amongst the group

Ordered two pasta dishes for the first time. Never again. Veggies and ingredients were not fresh at all and the pasta was gummy and over cooked. Not to mention tiny portion. Stick to the pizza only. read more

100% the worst. They lie about delivery times. Over two hours for a local pizza is an absolute joke. Brain surgery is completed sooner. Save your money. If I could give 0 starts I would. read more

Great pizza every time! Guys are very friendly, too. This is definitely my favorite pizza in or out of Darien... The wings are awesome but a wee bit too spicy for my taste. Their salads are decent and their good selection of beverages help the pizza taste even better. Wish I had this as a kid. Yummy. read more

Catered an event for Mother's Day yesterday from the Heights. Ordered eggplant parmigiana, chicken franchaise and a couple of pizzas, including a Sicilian. Food and the pizza was awesome. Staff was great and the delivery, planned well in advance was right on time. Would order from them again with no hesitation. read more

Epic fail today. Thin crust pizza charred and topped sliding off the pizza. I used to order here but left for a while because it was too long a wait for the orders. Tried again after being away for a while and it was terrible. I still smell the burnt pizza in my office waste can. Nope! read more

This place is very good BUT I payed $20 for a small cauliflower pizza. This is ridiculous! When they said the price over the phone I assumed it was going to be a medium or large for the price. Never again. read more

Never again. They are consistently late with deliveries by 30 minutes or more. Tonight my food showed up 40 minutes late, was cold AND they failed to deliver one if he items paid for! Unreliable service and food quality. read more

This used to be our "go to" pizza place, but we are going to find a different one after tonight. We ordered delivery and had a coupon. They told us our cost on the phone, but when the pizza arrived it was $5 more than what they had told us it would be. Also, the pizza was ice cold when it arrived. Definitely not worth the hassle, even with a coupon. read more

Great pizza! And the staff is super helpful and friendly. I was late picking up my pizza so they made me a fresh one without my asking!

We received a menu in the mail and figured hey lets try something new! We ordered delivery at 6:40pm on a Friday night. We ordered thru seamless and it said to expect our order in 30-45 minutes. Our food came in 1 hour and 15 mins. ( we live 2.9 miles away). When the food came, everything was ice cold. Overall, we were very disappointed. The food wasn't good, delivery was beyond late. If people think this is the best pizza in Darien they are clearly mistaken and not Italian! Skip this place. read more

I've ordered from them weekly for about 7 years. Having moved from Queens, it was as close to the pizza that I wanted as I was going to get in Darien CT. We enjoyed a quick pie at a fair price. I don't know what's happened over there lately but the food has gone downhill, and the only friendly staff are those truly invested in growing their business. Hope they get it figured out! read more

Still waiting 2+ hours for our food. It is a friday but comon dont tell me an hour and make me call 2 times. I dont know how the food is yet but will no way order from them again! read more

Seriously cheap pizza, and you need to know that going in. It's thrown together quickly, delivered quickly, and the only differentiation is it's made with mostly fresh stuff. It's like a pizza version of Subway sandwiches in that regard. If you are a Darien soccer mom who just needs something to throw on a plate for the kids and babysitter, then I guess I understand why you love this place... otherwise, I don't understand the reviews. Oh well, it's not about me, and even if it were I'd tell you I order here a few times a year and happily crush 5-6 slices of pizza when I do. Now, for a well-deserved special mention, I will give the owners props for promptly and courteously sorting out a mistake (we once ordered a Hawaii Five O which gets abbreviated 5-0 on the box, except the person thought it meant sausage & onion, and gave us mostly onion). read more

Ordered at 5:30 they said delivery would take an hour, almost 2 hours later still not here and they could not tell me when we would get the order. Told them to keep it! They are rude and not able to manage their delivery service. Their food is not good enough to put up with that kind of nonsense! read more

We are regular customers here and I am extremely disappointed with the last order that we had from here. I am handicapped and I specifically ordered delivery so they could bring the food to me. The driver called me down stairs and would not call up so I could let him into the building and bring the food to the door. He made me come downstairs to get the food. I was extremely disappointing and wish I had not left a tip cause if your not going to do the job right its not worthy of reward. Another big thing that was disappointing was I ordered the Calamari appetizer it came but it was ruined because they didn't poke holes in the top, so it was soggy and gross. read more

Hmm not sure what went wrong for the other reviewers, maybe because we have always picked up our own pizza.. We have had non stop wonderful pizza for many years... I think its the best in town. Really great ingredients and flavors. Its a must have for all locals! read more

This is some of the best pizza I've had in Connecticut. The crew there was really friendly and nailed our take out order. The crust was killer and the flavors where awesome. Looking forward to grabbing some more next time we are passing through read more

Pizza is ok but they have no idea how to operate a business. 30 minute wait for take out is an hour because they have one register and everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It was bad enough at the old location but since the moves it's a DISASTER! Line out the door for simple pickups since they don't have a separate line for ordering or a dedicated person to man the ordering and the register! Had my last pizza from Heights. Plenty of better options....seek pizza elsewhe read more

I like Heights for their delivery service - it usually takes a reasonable time to get the pizza (though I would order earlier on Friday or Saturday nights). If the wait time is too long, you can always go pick it up.... that normally is pretty fast! The pizza and sides are fresh and yummy - always key for good pizza. The crust is doughy, not too thick but not too thin (and it has never been burnt). And the guys who both make the pizza and deliver it are charming - a definite plus!! read more

I was actually surprised because I never thought that you would do so well but I am very happy to say that I was wrong!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE your Carprese Salad as long as you stick to using fresh mozzarella than no one else will come close!! Two thumbs up guys on making me a satisfied customer!!! read more

When I have a free second of my precious time, I always come in for pick up. This place, since I was a kid, has always been like another home to me. Awfully convenient that they're right next to my favorite liquor store in the world, too. read more

We love our heights pizza. These guys are the best. Wish they had Coke products. Check out the entrees and salads. It's such good comfort food. The garlic rolls are the best I've ever had. read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery it took 1 hour and 15 minutes so I called to check the person told me that the driver just left because he didn't have my phone number I gave him the number they then delivered the same cold pizza that they charged me $15 for I was 5 minutes away and it took 1hour and half to get the same cold pizza with no apologies never again thanks but no thanks. read more

To have to wait for over an hour for a pizza is absurd. Average pizza at best. Will never come here again. Heights you need to get your act together. read more

I don't always order pizza takeout, but when I do you better believe its from Heights. 11/10 would recommend their margarita pizza, eggplant or chicken parm, or chicken frances. As if that wasn't good enough they toss in about 500 hot breadsticks that are out of this world. read more

Good pizza. Not great though. Whenever I go to a party serving pizza, it's Heights. Perfect for takeout. I rarely ever eat in the restaurant. It's a tiny place with only a few tables. If you need delivery and you're in town, get Heights. If you want to eat in a restaurant, my opinion is Post Corner. read more

after 16 years of being a patron of Heights Pizza, have to say that they are not living up to what is expected. Delivery's late, cold...in restaurant no regard for patrons, too busy talking among themselves and being roudy. Nothing arrives as it should be on sandwiches, always cold and unappatizing...and when you call to say they haven't delivered, they should be there any minute all the time...nice to know from the guy on the phone that the guy who used to deliver has been fired for stealing! On a two hour wait, mangement said "on us", driver tried to colledt anyway saying that would never be the case. Not a fan of Bertucci's being a NY'er but at least you get fresh ingredients, hot and what you ordered...even if you have to pick up yourself...Get your act together Heights! you used to be faulous... read more

Can't go wrong with heights pizza. Fast delivery friendly staff and fresh ingredients. Cheese pizza is most popular item. Also have very good wings. I recommend medium sauce or honey barbecue. One of the best pizza places in Fairfield county read more

Worst pizza place! They burned our pizza and when we asked them to remake it they copped an attitude. Then charged $9.00 for 5 wings. Don't go there. Crappy service, crappy attitude. They don't deserve your business. read more

Pizza is some of the best in the area HOWEVER,the service is some of the WORST we have ever experienced and we have meals delivered on an average of 2-3 times a week!! The people who answer the phone for orders are rude, not friendly,,seem rushed at all times and not at all concerned with helping the caller. The delivery is horrible;slowest of ANY place we order from. MANAGEMENT really needs to look at their employees performance. I know we have found another place to purchase pizza. read more

Was that chicken parm sandwich really just microwaved? Bread was chewy/soggy and cheese was hard like when my nephew makes sandwiches in the microwave. Wrapped in tin foil so all the cheese came off when opening it up. Balsamic vinegarette is actually just Balsamic in a little cup. Disappointing. read more

My coworkers and I usually get out lunches from heights! The food is great. No complaint!! It's not the greatest. Decent pizza, okay salads and their peninis are good too. It's a short distance from my work and comes handy for lunch. read more

Wow! Thoroughly impressed! Most places suck at salads, they just put a thin layer of toppings and the rest is big chunks of iceberg lettuce with crappy dressing but not here! My Greek salad with chicken on top was amazing! I kept finding surprises as I got deeper down the salad and their red wine vinegar dressing is some of the best I've had! read more

Their Pizza is pretty good, but not great, and that's the best thing that I can say for this place. Their Mozzarella Sticks are the worse I've ever had. Ever. Really. Service, if you pick up, is always disorganized with lots of confusion and it can be difficult to get someone to serve you. The last time I went in, the guy behind the counter, who's mouth always hangs open due to an obviously confused state, started to get my order together but then the phone rang and he never looked at me again... He completely forgot about me. after a couple of minutes someone else came in from having a cigarette and and asked if I was being helped. I told her that I was but that seems to have come to an end so she took over. After a minute, I was told that it would be a couple minutes because my soup wasn't ready yet. So my pizza was sitting on the counter, getting cold, and they hadn't even started my soup yet! That was my last visit. My other two visits were similar experiences and everyone knows what happens after three strikes. I've worked in the restaurant business for 25 years and I can say that I would not hire any one of these people -they're pathetic. read more
