The only hard part is they are under staffed in the boarding area so sometimes getting ahold of someone to book is hard. However, when your dog is staying they instantly pick up because they have enough staff in that area. Ahri seems to be exhausted which means she definitely has a blast! It was a little over $220 for three nights, four stars package and a deluxe sweet. She also got a bath before we picked up Ahri. Keep in mind though she stayed over a weekend which made the rate higher. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dog or cat!

The meh: The first time when I picked him up he was inexplicably wet. Not "I just had a bath" wet, but more "I ran through a mud puddle" wet. Not a huge deal, but what was that about? The not good: The next time my usual dog sitter flaked on me due to a death in the family and I called them up at noon and booked him for that night. An hour and a half later I get a call that my regular (in home) sitter was available, so I called back to see about cancelling. No they won't give me a credit. Fair enough, I understand if they had to turn someone away because of your reservation why should they have to eat that? But this was one hour, and the net result is that I will only call them until I'm 1000% sure I'm not wasting my money.

So I went back out. I was totally understanding as the groomer had a sick kiddo. It happens. I rescheduled with them on the following Tuesday. They canceled because now the groomer was sick. Which l still was patient about. But today I dropped her off again, I had already paid $125 for this service and they told me I owed another $50 for matting. And to be fair I wouldn't have liked it but if I had killer customer service I'd have paid my $50 no problem. Even though to be honest they should have comped the whole darned thing for the back and forth 8 trips to get her finished! But to charge me again after this inconvenience and wasted time was unacceptable. This is such a bummer because I love supporting local business especially women owned but my experience was so poor I really felt I should speak up. This is really an unacceptable way to treat a customer.
