22 years ago I was looking for a nanny as I was about to have my 1st child. Heidi herself came to my home. She was a was so nice and had 3 kids of her own. We bonded and became friends. Went to dinners, shopped for baby clothes, supplies. She even came for the birth of my daughter. Then I started getting the vibes that she was also too close to my husband. This ended our friendship. Now 22 yrs later my daughter gets a message on IG with DNA test results that Heidi produced a child with my husband!!!! The girls are months apart. She was my friend we paid for her nanny services and this is what I get. This news comes 5 yrs after my husband's passing. Please beware and Don't use the company. read more

I'm very disappointed in Heidi and her team. They come across as such nice and caring ladies, but once they get your money, they disappear. I hired my nanny 6 weeks ago. I paid her $23/ hour to watch my two kids age 3 years and 18 months. I also provided her lunch every day. She called out 6x over the course of 6 weeks. I've never had a more unreliable employee. Transportation issues, living problems, and wanted to move back to her home country, to name a few. Heid and her assistant Nubie claimed that she is a Noland Nanny University graduate - but, when I asked my nanny about this, she laughed. She said she went to school to be an esthetician and she did not want to be a nanny forever, she was using the money to set up her lash business which was her true passion. In fact, she told me that she never even met Nubie or Heidi in person, ever! She told me that she only ever talked to Nubie over the phone and that Nubie told her that she sounded really educated and all the nanny's they have are stupid. If you've ever talked to Nubie, you can definitely believe that she would say something like this. I guess because my nanny was British they decided to make up the Noland Nanny bit. After 6 weeks, my "Noland nanny" was a no call, no show one morning. I was later told that she tested positive for COVID. I asked Heidi to send a replacement as I was studying for the bar exam and couldn't afford to take a week off. I was sent a live-in Jamaican lady. I kept her for 2 days. It was obvious to me that she would not be able to watch 2 little kids. When I told her how I felt, she agreed and told me that she planned on watching them inside my home all day and not taking them outside at all. Not sure why Heidi sent her to me... I lost $300 there for nothing. Heidi sent me another replacement, a Colombian lady who I couldn't understand. My kids are at the age where they're learning to speak, I told Heidi and Nubie that I would need someone who could speak English, yet this was the second person they sent who had a significant language barrier. They also sent me another nanny who was so loud during her interview that she woke up my kids. She also talked trash about her previous employer who she named by name! A wife whose husband is a big time lawyer! If you are someone with a business and a name, I would 100% stay away. Even Heidi was disclosing the names of her clients to me and talking poorly about them. Another nanny they recommended to me canceled her interview twice. After losing over 2 weeks of bar prep time and having terrible replacements sent to my home, I told Heidi that I wanted a refund. She told me that she was doing me a favor sending me replacements 3 months after signing up. I told her that she was wrong and I had hired my nanny only 6 weeks ago. Then Heidi stopped responding to me! I never heard back from my original nanny, I never got a replacement, and I never got a refund. I lost $6,000 alone on my bar prep course and bar application fee for trusting Heidi's business to do what they say they do. Bottom line - They do no meaningful screening. You get a background check and a bio that the nanny fills out herself. YOU will have to do the screening yourself, which totally defeats the purpose of hiring an agency in the first place. read more

SOUTH FLORIDA BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!! On March 21st I entered into an agreement with Heidi's Helpers and paid you $100 for your assistance finding a nanny for my 2 children (1 & 4 yrs old). When all was said and done I paid a total of $970 to you for which you absolutely did next to nothing to earn and are currently hiding behind your no refunds policy in your agreement. Per the agreement, services included:..."recruit, research, and screen appropriate and qualified Household Professionals for the Client." The Agreement further provides that "Heidi's Helpers also agrees to help the Client negotiate reasonable employment terms." Heidi you breached the Agreement by failing to screen or research any of the candidates beyond criminal and driving records. Each candidate that presented at my home did not know what the job entailed or have any knowledge of the job requirements. Furthermore, no one from Heidi's Helpers provided any sort of assistance with negotiation of employment terms. And the candidate of my choice quit immediately. I am surprised and disappointed that you conduct business in this manner. I engaged Heidi's Helpers for the personal services and commitment to find me a suitable candidate, which you failed to deliver. I also don't appreciate you taking a stab at my character in your email correspondence - that was unprofessional and rude. Technically we were still your clients and you should have reached out to us right away as you claim to be available 24/7. To this day you never followed up with us about what happened and how you can help assist us further in our search which according to your Agreement you guarantee. I called you multiple times over that weekend and you didn't return my call for 4 days. Your lack of communication was a major loss of time to discuss new candidates and set up appointments for interviews during the week. This resulted in our week having no childcare and no next steps in place for finding a nanny - loosing more time and more money on our end from work. That said...of course we took steps to get our money back and offered to part ways amicably if you returned our money - you declined. We sent a legal demand letter - you failed to respond. In an effort to take the path of least resistance we called American Express who after attempting to contact you and research the situation favored us "the buyer" which I assume is the reason you served us with court papers - the kicker being you want $1500 now. This has been an awful and unprofessional experience and I strongly urge other consumers to seek assistance finding childcare elsewhere based on our experience. read more

I used them for years and they found me amazing nannies for my two kids, now, 6 and 8 years old. Now newly divorced and running a business from home as well as doing the whole zoom school, they found me the help that I was desperately needing! I will start of by saying this company is terrible. My wife and I hired Heidi to find us a nanny because we were expecting our second child in early January. When we hired Heidi she offered several tiers of nanny. She told us for $3,500.00 we would get a top tier nanny. Heidi couldn't take our money quick enough. After two weeks of the top tier nanny she quit with no warning. Heidi then promised to find a new nanny which met our requirements that included experience with new borns. The next nanny she referred was 20 years old with no children and zero new born experience. Subsequent to the first nanny quitting we unexpectedly lost the baby. I called, text, and emailed Heidi several times to advise her of this tragedy and requested a refund. Heidi to this date has not had the decency to even respond. On top of the $3,500.00 we were charged she also tried to charge me sales tax. As an attorney I knew she was not allowed to do that. When I advised Heidi she couldn't charge me sales tax she apologized with an oopps. Heidi will tell you she has different tiers of nannys and that is simply BS. This company could care less about you once they get your money. Heidi has no soul. I hope my review can prevent at least one family from dealing with this terrible company. I gave them every opportunity to make this right and still she couldn't respond to a text or call. I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy. Unlike some of the reviews I have now read, I will be taking legal action to get our money back. Please do not give this woman a penny. Also check your invoice and make sure she didn't charge you sales tax. read more

Heidi's has been an excellent agency to work with! She really pulled through for me in a short period of time and was very friendly and available! She sent me various candidates for housekeepers and nannies and helped schedule all the interviews efficiently. Being new to Miami and having no family I really needed all the help possible. In Heidi I found not just an agency but a friend who says "don't worry I've got ur back and we will sort this issue out".
