Dr. Contos and both of his assistants were so gentle, yet thorough, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole visit. You know I love this conformational technique because I want to make sure everything is cleaned and fixed before she seals out my tooth. NOTE all the EXTRA X-Rays she asked for were not on my bill. It is the most helpful clinic in this area. They helped me a lot with my insurance issues and it worked out. They build a good rapport with their patients, and I am highly satisfied with the service. After many, many years of not having any cavities, a couple of old fillings needed to be replaced, and there were the beginnings of some new, small cavities. Overall, she worked on five teeth over two visits. Never fun to have any dentist work on my teeth, but Dr. Guerrero and her team are very professional and welcoming. Dr. Guerrero also gave me a follow up phone call a few weeks after the work to check in with me. Her office is also very nice with accommodations for the clients such as letting you select the music played in your area. One service in particular that was very helpful is that she photographed my teeth and was able to show me on her wall screen the tooth that needed work, what it looked like after she removed the old fillings, and what the tooth looked like after she was done. It was so helpful and comforting to see what the dentist was doing. Perhaps that is standard these days since I have not had cavities in a while, but I have had other work and a camera was never used. What I find most enjoyable, though, is how she works with her staff. While she worked on my teeth, she was giving instructions and guidance to her assistants while also talking about their kids, schools, and favorite food dishes. It was a nice blend of professionalism and the personal, and sort of made me feel like part of the office family. I also really like that Dr. Guerrero and her staff are bi-lingual and sometimes speak Spanish with each other when working on your teeth. And it is often the case that you will hear Juan Gabriel, Marco Antonio Solis, and other popular Latin American singers on their sound system. All in all, I highly, highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist. An outstanding dentist and staff who create a welcoming experience for their clients.

Came in as a new patient for Dr. EMILY CHEN, but somehow Dr. SANA BAIG saw me instead. It was not a huge deal to me at all since she gave me some solid advice. Now my main complaint about this place. As new patient, they did Xray first, then Doctor check, then cleaning. The Xray technician was horrible. It took him a total of 25 mins to just to get everything correct. Never had someone took that long to get all the xray necessary. HYGINIEST. I've been going to dentist religiously for quite some time now and I have never, ever had a horrible hyginiest experience ever until I got here. Even working as solo, a lot of hygienist are able to properly do their job and not make a mess on patient's face. 1. Why does hyginiest gotta ask me if im okay every 20s? It was already established that i would raise my left hand if I wanted to stop whatever she was doing. 2. Too much water I might as well bring a soap and shampoo and take a shower. She wasn't attentive of overflowing water in mouth and would say "I was focused on cleaning your teeth".. 3. Why she gotta physically close my mouth after saying close your mouth? People know how suction works.. ‍‍‍ Like hello?? Never had a hyginiest physically close my mouth just to do suction! 4. She didnt Floss under my bridge and she was "teaching" me how to floss. She also left a broken piece of floss in between my teeth and she didnt noticed it until I said redo the part since i feel something stuck in my teeth. 5. Always looking whos walking by like hello focus your eyes on me. That's why you didnt notice if water is leaking out of my mouth. She looks like she's not confident with her work or asking validation if shes doing a good job‍‍ 6. Xray tech took forever to do xray smh. Do better. Are you even supposed to use your hand to prop the device? This guy really placing his hand in radiation zone.
