They lie. Period. I went there to buy a sofa bed, and I was very interested in the delivery time, since I have nothing in my apartment. While they show them to you, they tell you that it is gonna take 4-5 weeks (which was reasonable, since I was not moving until 3-4 weeks after). Once they have done all the paperwork, they tell you that it is gonna take 8-9 weeks!!! After you complain, they say "Do not worry, I will call and make it faster", but you never know from them. I have been waiting now for 5 weeks, and when I went there again, they tell me that it is impossible to make it faster and that my contract says 8-9 weeks (stupid of me for trusting them). So, there is nothing to do, and they do not offer any solution / possibility to cancel the order. Worst experience in Germany so far. Again, do not go there, they will lie to you. And avoid Frau Bauer, she is extremely unprofessional.
