My favorite supplies are always much cheaper at Bosner then at my small local art store or online. They also have free coffee in the book department upstairs. That said, I am changing my five-star rating to a one. I think the staff on the floor are really friendly and helpful. The store is always clean, and it is a pleasure to shop. The downside is checking out. I have only ever been checked out by one woman... and she is miserable. She is the lady with gray and pink hair. She only works the checkout, so you can't avoid her. Every experience at checkout has been bad, but I always thought she was just having a bad day, but after a year, it is more than just a bad day. Today I got all the items I needed to included many Copic markers. A lady working in that department saw me and gave me a complimentary storage case. She said it was free as I was buying so many markers. I went to check out, and there was only one line available. First, she was angry that I had a VAT form. Then she looked at the case that the girl gave me, and told me I could not have it, as I didn't buy enough. She took it and threw it on the other side of the counter. I then tried to explain that the girl the department gave it to me and, she then said she didn't know English. (These storage containers are not an item that they sell, and I had bought 300 euros worth of merchandise.) When she was done checking me out, she gave me another dirty look, and said, "what else do you need?" I said nothing, and she literally took ten minutes getting me my receipt. I love this store... but it is not worth it anymore. As much as I enjoy this store, having to deal with this woman ruins the experience. I am going back to paying a little more, buying on-line, and not having to make the drive every couple of months.

Everything is bright and inviting looking as well as easy to shop. My husband even said he'd be willing to go in there himself which definitely says something for it. The friendly team will also show you different techniques if you want to do so specific designs. Once done, you leave your piece with them to get fired and you can pick it up a couple of days later. If you are running out of time, you can just leave your piece with them and come back later to finish painting. There is no limit on how much time you can spend there each session, but it's advisable to reserve a table on weekends since they also host kiddie birthday parties. We spent 2 Sunday afternoons there with making Christmas presents for the grandparents. It was a lot of fun and the grandmas and grandpas are loving the handmade gifts.
