Never, never, never again. As an international person, who just came to live to Frankfurt, I should have never gone to this store. And I do not recommend anyone to go there either. Why? They lie. Period. I went there to buy a sofa bed, and I was very interested in the delivery time, since I have nothing in my apartment. While they show them to you, they tell you that it is gonna take 4-5 weeks (which was reasonable, since I was not moving until 3-4 weeks after). Once they have done all the paperwork, they tell you that it is gonna take 8-9 weeks!!! After you complain, they say "Do not worry, I will call and make it faster", but you never know from them. I have been waiting now for 5 weeks, and when I went there again, they tell me that it is impossible to make it faster and that my contract says 8-9 weeks (stupid of me for trusting them). So, there is nothing to do, and they do not offer any solution / possibility to cancel the order. Worst experience in Germany so far. Again, do not go there, they will lie to you. And avoid Frau Bauer, she is extremely unprofessional. read more
