My wife Fran has had nine visits to Chirosport and will report here:…read more I have suffered from pain in my IT band for well over a year and tried two different physical therapists and massage with no lasting results. I was leery of trying a chiropractor again due to a bad experience a dozen years ago. I finally decided I needed to give it another try. Dr Bos (who now runs Chirosport rather than Dr Bond mentioned earlier) gave me a reasonable treatment plan of ten visits along with daily exercise homework, then monthly maintenance appointments thereafter. He was right on target, I have seen measurable, lasting results and am so grateful! I have returned to challenging exercise classes thatI love (barre, Pilates, HIIT) which will make me stronger! If you are suffering from long term pain I definitely recommend Dr Bos, who's young, energetic, and knowledgeable!

I found this spa through Groupon and booked a couple's massage for my partner's birthday. When I initially called to confirm the booking (since I hadn't selected a specific date on Groupon), there seemed to be some confusion about how the Groupon reservation worked. We did end up getting a time on the calendar over the phone. However, on the day of our appointment when we arrived, we were told after going back and forth in person that we didn't actually have anything scheduled. We then had to reschedule on the spot for about an hour and a half later based on their availability, so we left and came back at the new time. When we arrived again, we had the wait for about 20 minutes. The couple's massage setup was not what we expected--we were placed in separate spaces with a curtain between us, whereas in past experiences at other spas, couples massages have always been in the same room. The Groupon also listed four add-ons, but we only received two during the service. The front desk explained that we would receive those add-ons. During the massage, I noticed that she only did two of the add-ons. We didn't argue and just finished the appointment as scheduled. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing for both of us. My massage therapist seemed to focus more on areas that weren't tense and applied pressure in a way that felt more on bone than muscle. I left with soreness rather than relief, and I also developed headaches afterward, which is not typical for me after a massage. My partner also shared that his massage did not feel properly targeted or effective. Another concern was that my massage therapist appeared to be unwell during the session, coughing and heavily breathing throughout. At one point, she had to step out briefly. Shortly after returning home, I began feeling sick with a fever and have been unwell for about a week since. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the experience and would not return or recommend based on my personal visit.

What wasn't fair; was not being advised this was a recurring monthly charge in perpetuity! We never signed anything, and did not agree to paying $160.00 forever! I contacted the office thinking it was an inadvertent billing error. The office claims they are like a 'gym membership!' HA! Even a gym has a contract, or advises when/ and what date they're going to charge you! They kept insisting we were told, (not true) and would only refund 2 months of five. This office's total lack of professionalism is evident with this bait and switch type of dishonest nonsense. I definitely DO NOT recommend this business. There are plenty of great (honest) chiropractors around the area!
