He was super easygoing and friendly and we bonded over having both gone to JMU! Go Dukes! Fast forward - 10 years later I came back to sell my custom built home to move into a new home and I chose them for my closing agents. They made it super easy - they're now in a snazzy new contemporary building at the Oceanfront with plenty of parking and a crisp, clean feel. I received a friendly confirmation email and some documents to easily sign via docusign when I hired them. Then, my paralegal, Debra, emailed and kept in touch with me in the month leading up to my closing. When the big day finally came, we scheduled a time for me to come in and sign the paperwork. The gals at the front desk greeted me immediately and showed me into a small conference room. My closing lawyer, Lindsey, came in right on time and had all the paperwork ready to go. She easily and quickly walked me through every document and made it super easy for me to sign away my baby (sad face). All in all - as a seller - I was there for about 10 minutes! Documents are always easier when you are selling. I'll continue to use this firm for my real estate needs and highly recommend them.

I have been a long-standing Realtor aligned with Hanger Law for roughly 5 years. I've always…read moreconducted my real estate transactions, rental evictions and any other real estate related matter with the firm without question. When I needed to file legal motions against a builder of a personal construction venture, they were my go to without question. This cased spanned a couple years ending in a recent settlement agreement. Legally, I feel confident that the proper motions were followed and done correctly. However, questionable billing, mediocre communication at best in hindsight when it came to personal interaction, and complete disregard of client requests made this experience very difficult, especially as this came at a personal cost to address without trusted resolution. My concerns were escalated to the partners, however, in combination of my direct representation and overall firm response, my concerns were either dismissed and/or not resolved, or in reciept of what I felt to be a patronizing CYA email that only added additional frustration to the underlying issues. As a long-standing client of Hanger Law, not that I felt I needed special treatment/etc..., however, I did expect a suitable level of professionalism to understand the issues taking place to collectively work together to resolve, and it simply did not materialize. Please do your due diligence with this this firm to ensure they will be the right fit for your real estate needs. 5 years is a long time to be aligned with an entity like this, and although it has not been a waste, it's more disappointing than anything else. I am now seeking a new firm that will provide a level of professionalism to address both positive and negative circumstances when tabled, and a sense of appreciation and care when handling all of my referral business.

I first discovered them back in September of 2018 and their service and efficiency was the best I had ever experienced. After my first experience with, Jessica Rossi and the rest of the Shaheen Law team, I gave them all my other deals. I was so glad I did on my latest deal! I was buying 7 duplexes. They had to all close at the same time or the deal would not close. The lender I chose for these 7 deals, provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jessica Rossi provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was like a battle of good and evil. The Lender dragged it out for 6 months! They kept finding ways not to fund. meanwhile; Jessica looked for ways to reduce my cost by getting me a better price from within and from other vendors in appreciation of my business. Jessica assisted the lender where ever she could. The second she needed anything from me, she would ask for it. The second I asked for a document or an explanation from her, she would email it to me. When finally, the lender was ready to "Clear to Close" the loan, Jessica worked non stop for 2 days helping the lender get the figures correct. The first day, right after Jessica assisted the lender to get all 7 of the figures correct, the lender delayed for another day causing the figures to change. The second day Jessica took the lender by the hand once again and helped them get the figures correct once again. They were both full days and Jessica was on it! It was typical for the lender to delay and it was typical for Jessica to fight for me, Her customer. I was so nervous because the lender was so awful and I had worked for 6 months trying to close this deal. I was so relieved when Jessica was in complete control of my closing and the lender's hands were finally off my files. Once she was, my 7 deals closed like clockwork. She arranged the notary that I wanted and the time and place. She got me all the copies I needed and asked for. She emailed me copies and offered to send hard copies of all the documents right to my front door. She arranged for me to get all 14 keys from the Selling side. She made sure I got the list of contact info for all 14 tenants at these 7 duplexes. Jessica left no stone unturned and delivered the absolute BEST service possible. If you want pleasant, friendly, and highly efficient professional service for all your real estate needs, Chose Shaheen Law firm, P.C. I know I will! Doug Keefe

Speeding ticket and out of state driver? Then give this law firm a call! I was in Camden County…read moreNorth Carolina for the first time and was pulled over for speeding. In my situation there was nobody on the highway so it was easy to be cruising while being unfamiliar to the area speed limits. I haven't received a speeding ticket since a teenager (late 90s) and to my surprise I was cited 17 mph over the limit, which is a mandatory court appearance. On Yelp I searched lawyers in the area who would be able to appear in my absence and Glover firm popped up. I did a quick check on Martindale-Hubbell and figured this will be the firm I will seek assistance. I was very pleased with how responsive and the detailed explanation provided of the process to hopefully get my citation dropped to a lesser charge with no points to my license. Attorney, Danny Glover, called me the same day I inquired of their services and his legal assistant, Danelle, provided the documents for signature and walked me through each step. Added bonus, my entire situation was taken care of in less than two weeks and over a month before the scheduled court hearing. This is likely because of the firm's professional relationship with the district attorney and the courts. Im writing this because the Glover firm deserves Yelp visibility for anyone in a traffic violation, out of state or not. They are fantastic and though I hope not to need their services again I highly recommend to anyone who does.
