Thick juicy brisket stacked high on perfectly toasted sourdough with that buttery crunch. The kind of sandwich where everybody stops talking after the first bite. Even the rice was seasoned right and tasted homemade, which says a lot because most places ignore the details. And the churros with ice cream were the perfect finish. Hot, crispy, fresh, and exactly what dessert should be. What impressed me most was how fast everything came out while still tasting fresh and made with care.
