On top of that, the location had a strong unpleasant odor due to construction, they were out of salt, and the staff seemed frustrated that I was disappointed. Being told it's "spring break" doesn't feel like a valid excuse -- busy seasons should be planned for. This is now the second year in a row I've had a disappointing experience at this Hilton Head location. I expect better from a brand known for its service and consistency.
