They had 4 different prices posted for the same car on different FB ads and their website. And they didn't honor the lowest price - which was on their own website. We were lied to by the salesman Trent, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager, and an unknown person who responded to an online inquiry about pricing. The pic below is just one example - they did not rotate the tires, even through they wrote up a ticket saying they did it. Stay away from this dishonest dealer. They are corrupt from the top down. Hat 1st he told me 400 I told him I only had $300 to my name that I could try and borrow some from my family he told me no that he could do it for the $300. I sent him the 300 and the following day he couldn't come because he couldn't get in the gate I trusted he was a man of his word and went and atleast picked up my vehicle. I bought a replacement bulb for a headlight that was out. Neither of the salesmen/techs, who worked there, would install the bulb for me. I took the bulb home and my fiancé claimed they sold me the wrong one, as he couldn't get it to work. I was forced to make the drive with one headlight. Before leaving Natchtioches, I stopped by auto zone to see if I could buy the correct bulb and have someone install it. Thankfully, Cody, the parts manager, was working that day!!! He looked at the new bulb, said it was the correct one and installed it within 1 minute. Thanks to Cody I was able to get on the road at 6am with 2 wort long headlights!
