There are so many contractors out there, and unless you have a referral from a friend or family member, it can feel nearly impossible to know who you can trust. Home improvement projects are big decisions, and the last thing you want is to feel like someone is cutting corners or taking advantage of you. I received seven or eight estimates before choosing Antonio. His pricing was competitive, but more importantly, he came across as the most genuine and honest person I spoke with. He was also incredibly responsive from the very beginning, which I really appreciated. Throughout the entire project, Antonio communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and stayed focused on the job while he was here. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to finish each project correctly and on time. The preparation was thorough, the base was compacted very well, the rebar work was done properly, and he used very high-quality concrete. The finished concrete work turned out beautifully and felt extremely durable. We did run into a small issue after the project was completed. It was somewhat of a gray area as to whether it was actually an issue, but when I reached back out, Antonio responded immediately and came over to take a look. He was completely willing to help make things right. He didn't want to accept it, but I still compensated him for the additional time and work. The way he handled the situation earned even more of my respect. Anyone can be great when everything goes perfectly, but how someone responds when there is an issue says a lot about the kind of person and contractor they are. From his communication and workmanship to the way he handled the follow-up, Antonio has earned my complete trust. I would absolutely work with him again on future projects and recommend him without hesitation. If you have the opportunity to work with Antonio and his team, you can feel confident that your project is in the best hands.

My husband had made a big mistake when he tried to assemble the desk and damaged it badly. Eric understood the situation immediately. He was friendly and kind, and even funny, saying he would get my husband out of the hot water. And, man, did he do that and so beautifully!! He had one of his employees, Minh Tran, come the very next day, which was yesterday as I write this, and he was fabulous, as Eric told me he would be. Minh is everything you would ever want in assembling and repairing a damaged new desk. He was not only kind, friendly and smart, he was extremely competent and knowledgeable about what was needed (which was a LOT), but he was also a real perfectionist, earnest about doing the best job he could. He even provided an extra bracket to strengthen a section that, ideally, the seller should have included in the purchase. I would choose them again in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend them to those needing home repair/improvement work.

Every single company or agency I called was dumbstruck, and were either too scared to touch the job or required payment just to come out for an estimate. Not Green Earth. Rick and his Bobcat came to the rescue, excavating the dirt around it and making sure the contents didn't spill. He even hauled it away! Rick reminds me of the old-school trade guys who simply got the job done: friendly and accommodating even under duress. Of course, this works both ways; if the client has respect for the contractor and the situations under which he or she is working, then everybody wins. I highly recommend Green Earth Construction. In my opinion, communication was slower than I expected, and there were delays in responding to documents and requests that were important to moving the project forward. These experiences made the overall process more difficult than I had anticipated. As a result, I decided to proceed with caution and believe there is room for improvement in communication, responsiveness, and overall customer service. --------------------------------------------------------------- FGS Reply: Patrick, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to provide professional service on every project. In this case, the documentation and requests provided were outside typical industry standards and required additional review to ensure accuracy, compliance, and that all parties were properly protected. While that careful consideration may have extended our response times, it was done to avoid errors rather than rush important decisions. We regret that this did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback as we continue improving our communication throughout the process. We wish you the best with your project. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Patrick's comments: I just saw your reply, and I respectfully disagree with your explanation. You agreed to use DocuSign to execute the agreement. I sent you the DocuSign request nine(9) days ago and have followed up multiple times by resending the request and reminding you to complete it. On each occasion, you indicated that you would sign the agreement through DocuSign. Based on your current explanation, if you had any concerns about industry standards, you should have informed me promptly. That would have avoided unnecessary delays and allowed me to make other arrangements. Rather than making excuses, I encourage you to focus on the customer's feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve your business and communication with future customers.
