Their food is outstanding-from the lemony butter chicken entree with pasta, the crab and artichoke dip, the feta rolls AND their salads that have the best homemade salads dressings (soon available at HEB-I know this because I asked to buy them) everything is homemade, fresh and crave-able. In addition, they always bring more food than we can eat-as a host this is extremely important. They have creative table scapes and are very flexible with different decorating ideas. From my smaller events to larger plated dinners Tiffini and Nicole are the best-so experienced that they know what I need before I need it.

Let's talk about the flavor!…read more We had a sample size of the different food they offer such as the burger, chicken, and the chips. Plus they prepared a BLT pasta salad and biscuit and their own dipping sauce. I enjoyed every bite and here's why: - the BURGER has a juicy patty, buttery bread that added more flavor with the simple burger; - the chicken which tossed in Asian and Buffalo sauce was really savory, I preferred the Asian sauce they have tho than buffalo; - then they have this chips that no need for salsa, it's tasty by itself While waiting for the food they have a BLT pasta salad where the sauce was creamy and balanced while the biscuit and their peach and plum with brie cheese was tasty and good for appetizers. It was a quick bite but it was surely an amazing experience. Pancho and Sancho is a catering company and from my experience their food was surely worth it.

The technique he uses to create his food is unmatched to any BBQ I have ever experienced, my husband described his brisket as "designer brisket" due to it's unique flavor and texture. Cody made the whole process very effortless on our end, and helped us choose what to order and how much to get!
