I have seen 3 primary care doctors in the last year. One doctor only once. So I keep having to go over my medical history every visit and explain everything over and over. Hard to prescribe new or update medications when they don't know my history. Seriously thinking about going to another health care provider. And talking with other patients who have experienced this also. Many are not happy with the service being provided.

When you're going to a hospital, you expect professionalism, compassion, and quality care--not confusion, frustration, and staff who make you feel like your concerns don't matter. If you have the option, I would seriously consider making the drive into New York City for better-quality care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this hospital falls far short of what I would consider acceptable healthcare.

Their knowledge, skill and attentiveness are absolutely the best. Dana and the other therapists genuinely care that their patients get the relief and gain the physical strength necessary for their recovery. The therapist works with only you for your entire session, which I know from personal experience is not how all facilities schedule their patients. IMO this is an awesome benefit. The environment is professional but relaxed and friendly.
