I had an extremely frustrating experience with this doctor's office, and unfortunately, it feels…read morelike patient care is far from their top priority. Trying to schedule even a basic appointment is a challenge in itself--you can expect to be on hold for 60 to 90 minutes, only to sometimes get disconnected or transferred without resolution. It's incredibly disrespectful of patients' time. The entire process feels driven by volume and billing rather than genuine care. Communication is poor, follow-ups are inconsistent, and there's little sense of urgency when it comes to patient needs. Instead of feeling supported, you're left feeling like just another number in a system focused on maximizing profit. A medical office should be a place where patients feel valued and cared for, but that is not the experience here. Between the excessive wait times just to speak to someone and the overall lack of efficiency and compassion, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative providers.

Not your typical PT place but that is what makes it so great. PT tables are located in a Gym like…read moreenvironment which provides a lot of opportunities for rehab. Looks more like a cross fit gym than a PT facility. This is a family run PT office which also adds to the experience. Eric is a wonderful therapist who truly is interested in seeing you recover. This is not a place where you do the same canned exercises where you walk in and you start on your own doing same exercises. Each visit is different which is so important to me. They have been instrumental in getting me back on my feet after a complex fracture and dislocation. So happy I came here. Highly recommend
