The Capital District is a center for medical practitioners of every specialty. There is an abundance of good chiropractors. Nevertheless, when my back went out, my wife drove me 166 miles round trip to see David Picinich. The pain was so bad that I had to literally crawl to get into the backseat of the car. I had called his office this morning and explained my situation. They squeezed me into an already over packed schedule. My guess is that my appointment cost the doctor his lunch break.
