They have amazing shave ice just like in Hawaii, very fine ice with good homemade syrups. The shave ices are huge and even the small one will be an indulgence. If you are in a hurry - you can get the pops to go and they will pack it in a small ziploc with an ice pack for your convenience. We've been here twice and plan to return again. Each pop costs 4.46$ (including tax). The bathroom is at the farmers market next door. There are tables inside but we usually prefer to sit outside and enjoy the cold treats.

The large size was plenty for one adult and three kids. Probably couldve had one more person share. There were small bowls and spoons for sharing, very convenient. The ingeolmi bingsu had mochi, not ingeolmi so that was disappointing. The red bean was overly sweet and overpowered the milk snow and everything else. The consistency/texture of the bingsoo was good and fluffy, and didn't melt quickly. I liked how they layered the snow and other ingredients but again, it was too sweet for my taste, even my kids said it was too sweet.

The young man working was full of pride for this business. He is passionate, contagiously so. In fact, every business should be lucky enough to have someone like him to be an evangelist for them. 1. Prices where not up to date online AND in person (Menu was covered by tape). No serious business…read moreshould opperate with vague "verbal only" pricing. 2. Food quality was varied. Items made in the moment like the pork belly skewers were great. Other items had less demand, so they were sitting for too long (which you could tell) 3. Ambiance was good. The tables were clean, and napkins/toppings available in the side bar. Conclusion: The biggest issue is the pricing is not clear to the customer (both online, and in person). If it was, with the food quality, it would be a 3 star experience.
