This place is (cold) garbage. When I walked in to the store, it was set at like thirty four degrees fahrenheit. when i asked if they can lower the temperature, they said "NO!!!!" at such a loud volume that it shattered my eardrums and caused immediate liver cirrhosis. I had to be carried to the ICU and get this- the first food that I was served in the ICU was a Heavenly Snow Sno Cone. Because there was no other food options available (I was told there was no other food options because the Heavenly Snow Sno Cone Corporation or something froze up the local city), I eated the snow cone. Unfortunately, the snow cone was really bad and tasted like literal water. Not only that, the one flavor that somehow permeated through the snow cone was actually peanuts, and I'm allergic to peanuts, and I immediately had a terrible allergic reaction that warranted the use of excessive antihistamines. Overall, the trip to the ICU costed me thousands of dollars, and it all started with the Heavenly Snow Sno Cone store! So I decided to sue the store and eventually we went to the court. For some reason the judge, prosecutor, and the attorney were sock puppets for some reason and they decided to present their evidence with cards for some reason??? And out of nowhere, the boss of Heavenly Snow Sno Cone appears and starts saying lots of racial slurs. The judge obviously sided with the boss for some reason, and he made a squeaky noise as he pushed the "Not Guilty" button. I then had to sell my three children and my house in order to pay up, and now I was homeless on the street begging for money. Eventually though, I gathered up my resolve and bought a medieval sword, and walked up to the store to challenge the boss to a medieval duel. Since the boss was gloating at this point, he accepted, and we eventually started battling. I used Slash, but being the coward that he was, he actually used Dash Back! But I saw an opportunity and counter his 3F Block with an Overhead Claw, and I eventually started chaining together my comboes into a pretty sick replay. The employees watched in awe as I took away all 15,000 of his HP in a perfect game. When I defeated him, I told him that he took away everything, and he didn't even apologize. So he watched, begging, in horror as I slurped up every piece of ice cream from his Secret Ice Cream Stash. But then he opened the code to his Secret Secret Ice Cream Stash and eated the Secret Secret Ice Cream which turned him into The Knight Deltarune. Then for some reason my heart decided to rip out of my body and start dodging his various sword and star attacks. It actually dodged it really well it could be considered a "No-Hit Run". I eventually got him to like 67% HP but then he got a sword snipe on me and I was on the floor again. Not only that, he locked the door on me so I was trapped in the store. Then one of my kids came back and said "Dad! I'm here to help!!" But unfortunately my child had osteoporosis so he wasn't able to do the strong physical challenges required to take on the boss (which was the knight) so instead he got one of the ice cream cones and filled it with cyanide (CN-), and he force fed it into the bosses mouth. Unfortunately the boss still survived and forcefully kicked us out. I got sent to the ICU again and I was served Mcdonalds which actually survived the global freeze and I instantly felt better, so now I'm typing this review. So yeah. The boss is racist, the snow cone sucks, and the place isn't clean. 2/10 read more

I'd like to start by saying that though it is no fault of the employees and staff, this place just downright sucks, despite their best efforts. The main culprit is the owner who is just incredibly atrocious at his job and extremely rude to customers. Additionally, the service was terrible and the place was super dirty. me and my 4 year old son we're talking to the manager when all of the sudden he screamed racial slurs at us and shoved my son into the doors of the store,my son has Osteogenesis which makes his bones very brittle and now my son is in the icu for a fractured skull. read more

Really good snow cones. The ice was super fluffy and the syrup was just right. The worker who helped me (I believe her name was sundie jo) was very kind and put all her love into every snow cone. Great customer service. read more

Great service. Good location. Plenty of parking. Outdoor seating area and a couple of distractions for the kids. Sno cones were a good size (we ordered smalls) with plenty of flavor. We will definitely come back. read more
