Here's my email to the Atlasta team verbatim following our wedding day…read more.. The entire Atlasta experience was beyond words from start to finish!! But I'll try my best to sum it up because you deserve all the kudos! Every guest raved about the food and that was exactly what I strived for when selecting our caterer and menu. It felt like a dream come true. I had the opportunity to try everything and it was absolutely incredible - it was exactly as it was served to us at our tastings. Our vendors were blown away when they were served an actual meal, not just a "boxed vendor meal". This was so important to me because I know how hard everyone works all day and that is exactly what they deserve. This is just another detail that speaks to the character behind Atlasta. It was super special to have Steve there and everyone on the team was attentive and just so kind. It made the night feel like 5 star dining. Hannah - you are also something special! You've gone above and beyond for us the last 2 years - answering my 5 million questions, changing the menu items 20 times (the mac n cheese change was a winner by the way!!), hosting a second tasting for us, providing all the recommendations etc. I hope you continue on with this career path because you have a gift! You are so amazing at what you do and your passion shines through. The flavors, the presentation, the quality, the service, the people - every little detail was a cut above. I truly don't think there could be another caterer/team out there that can even compare. We were just saying tonight, "I wish we could hang out with all of these people again!" I really hope we have an opportunity to work with you in the future. It has been an absolute pleasure and we can't thank you enough!!

Leading up to the big night, Chef Miranda, was incredibly helpful in securing a bartender, Brittany that we loved, and recommending a party rental company that I enjoyed working with. Dinner was amazing- loved his appetizer choices, the steak and sides were perfect, fresh focaccia, and special bday cake were all raved about. Professional, excellent catering skills, and ease in working with make him easily a 5 out of 5.

My wife and I love to cook and have prepared some outstanding meals at home over our 40 years together. We have extensively traveled and lived throughout the world and as such developed pallets for superb cuisine from all over. As we grew older we gleaned the best of what we enjoy and developed them into our own cooking skills. My wife being Korean born refined her cooking skills in the eastern cuisine like Korean, Japanese, Thailand, and others while I have refined my skills with French and Italian. Prescott is a beautiful place to live but its culinary basis is built on sawdust. We usually cook for ourselves if we want a top notch meal. Now the past several years I have been confined to a wheelchair and transport is very limited. We used to spend winters in Hawaii where we could get great quality meals and seafood whether we prepared them or went out. So our 40th! I wanted to do something special for my wife since I have not been living up to my end of our culinary relationship being confined to a wheelchair. Thus I started seeking out a Chef that would come to our home with his staff and prepare a custom made meal for us. I selected Chef Thomas and Copper State Kitchen. I started by a rather lengthy discussion via phone and followed up with sending Chef Thomas some of our favorite recipes, sufficient for him to develop a five-course meal for us. Chef Thomas is very professional and easy to work with. We refined the meal over the next two days we agreed on the following proposed menu; I supplied the wines. Amuse-Bouche * Fig Jam, Blue Cheese, Red Wine Poached Pear & Arugula Crostini Starter * Prime Rib Poke with sesame crunch and microgreens and pipkuala aioli (based on my deconstruction of the infamous Tiki Bar in Waikiki dish) Pasta Course * Lobster Tagliatelle in a Champagne Cream Sauce Main Course * Beef Wellington with foie gras and red wine demi-glace Dessert * Crème Brûlée (torched table-side) Wine Pairings * Santa Margarita Prosecco DOCG * Domaine Salmon Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc * Tenuta de Sesta Brunello di Montalcino 1996 * Chateau Rieussec 1st Grand Cru Classe 1863 Sauternes 2004 Every course was perfect and very enjoyable. And they cleaned the kitchen meeting my wife's expectations. I highly recommend Copper State Kitchen for your personal culinary experience to celebrate your special occasions.

We love to entertain and he is the FIRST person we call and sometimes schedule the party date/time around based on his availability. We have used him for intimate Valentine's Day dinner (husband surprised me) to MULTIPLE New Year's Eve, Charity functions, brunches... I'm attaching just a "few" of the pics from over the years. His SAUCES are INCREDIBLE! Fried Chx & glaze doughnut appetizer, deviled eggs, ANY salad, GREEN CHILI MAC & CHEESE, steaks cooked to PERFECTION, seafood... the list is truly endless. We hired Tacos Guadalajara to cater my daughter's graduation party for 75 guests from 5:00-8:00 PM,…read morewith food service scheduled from 5:30-7:30 PM. We had used them previously and had a great experience, which makes this situation even more disappointing. This time was an absolute disaster. The grill operator could not get the grill lit for over an hour and a half. As a result, the food was almost TWO HOURS late. Most of our guests ended up leaving without ever eating. Imagine hosting a graduation party for 75 people and having almost no food available during the actual event. To make matters worse, when we politely asked for updates, the man cooking became rude and dismissive. His response was essentially, "I'm stressed." Well, so were we -- we were trying to host dozens of hungry guests while watching the entire event fall apart. At the end of the night, no apology, refund, or meaningful attempt to make things right was offered. We were simply told to "call Monday." After following up, the best they offered was $100 back for a completely ruined catering experience. This was beyond unacceptable. The food delay, poor communication, rude attitude, and lack of accountability completely ruined an important once-in-a-lifetime celebration for our family. I would never use them again and strongly caution others before trusting them to cater an important event.

The meat was tender, tortillas fresh, spicy sauces, plenty of fixings for the tacos and some of the best Spanish rice I've tasted. Excellent Catering Experience -- Highly Recommend!…read more We hired Tacos Calafia Catering for my birthday celebration at our home and had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! The food was delicious, fresh, and a huge hit with our guests. Everthing well organized and spotless. So many people commented throughout the evening on how good everything was, and just a few days later, one of my friends was already asking me for their contact information so she could recommend them for another event. That says it all! Alex and Adán provided excellent service. They were professional, friendly, organized, and made everything so easy for us as hosts. It was such a pleasure having them be part of our celebration. Our family just moved to Arizona in January, so we are still discovering local businesses we can trust, and Tacos Calafia is definitely one we will happily use again and recommend to our friends. Great food, great service, and wonderful people. There is a reason they have so many excellent reviews online -- they deserve them! Thank you, Alex, Adán, and the Tacos Calafia team for helping make my birthday such a special evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent taco catering in Arizona!

Literally all we had to provide was drinks so it was so easy and seamless to host. The food. THE FOOD. I normally don't love hibachi but wow this was different. The quality of the ingredients was fantastic. He even brought extra rice and noodles for the kiddos. Totally unnecessary but was such a nice touch. Our 2 year old was initially fine then was terrified but then junior whipped out a rubber chicken and all was good again.
