I came upon Paxtor Upholstery as a place that had pretty good reviews. I stopped by their shop, and they took a look and gave me a quote. I brought the car over to them the next day, and they had it all done, just after 1:00PM. The headliner looked brand new, the color matched, and everything worked, including my sunroof. They did a fantastic job!!! I would definitely go back to them for other auto upholstery work.

And Josh asked what i was looking for either a wash or a thorough clean. I said I was looking for a more thorough clean if possible. He said they can't because it starts getting dark at around 6:30 and it would take around 2-3 hours and they need light. I understood but had seen they were open til 8 and sometimes are open to 9pm depending on the weekend, so that was a little misleading. I told him "thanks I'll just call elsewhere or call back another time this week" - not in a rude tone, just would call another place that can help me or id consider giving them a try another day earlier in the day or maybe the weekend when I have more time. Josh replied "that's weird." This caught me off guard and I just replied "wait what?" Josh said "Weird weird call mam" and hung up. Unprofessional, calling people weird and hanging up just because I was asking for an appt. I will never give my business to a RUDE person. YOU'RE WEIRD.
