The owner was very nice when I dropped the car off, and I expected the repair to be done properly. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car, there were several issues. The car smelled strongly like cow manure, and the "new" headliner had noticeable dents and lines in the foam underneath that were not there before. During the repair, the handle in the back was accidentally broken. Used replacement parts were purchased, but the handle still does not function properly. When I pointed out the imperfections in the headliner, the owner explained that it took his guys all day and that nothing is perfect. I understand that things can happen, but I brought the car in expecting the repair to be done professionally and the finished product to look better than when I brought it in. If I were willing to accept dents, imperfections, and a repair that wasn't done correctly, I could have attempted it myself. On top of everything, I was charged more than the $400 that was originally quoted. I'm very disappointed with the overall experience and will not be returning. 2 stars for the original customer service received when I dropped the car off.
