I would like to mention my experience on mt recent visit to Cora on July 28th 025. I really did not…read morewant to go after the previous couple visits ago. When I left, l had more pain very much similar to the original had from my accident. I was encouraged by a friend to not give as maybe another therapist would help me. I got the therapist by the name of Ken. He read the notes and asked how the pain is now from 1-10, told him 8. We got started with some of the stuff I worked on at the beginning. He explained each workout clearly and would ask if I understood. He would also show me how to do with a reminder that going that we don't want to overdo it. I had to ask the gal my therapist's name. I described him as the guy that has flat like when in the military...he oh that's Ken, headed home painless, I figured, well let's see how I feel tomorrow. Had a great night sleep with very, very little pain. I contributed that I am not to sleep on my right shoulder. After 74 years, it's a little hard to break the habit.
