Now it's ran by other people and I had a bad massage from a younger Asian girl who was reckless and kept hurting me with her incorrectly done stretches and walking on my spine and lower back which are dangerous areas. I kept saying "ouch" but she only would laugh whenever I said "oww" then when I was paying she had a spoiled brat fit with many upset facial expressions cause I only tipped $25 on the $120 bill plus they charge $5 extra for using any card. They prefer cash which only shows further how out of touch they are by putting a target on themselves to get robbed for encouraging cash in their business. They have their tips set to choose on their payment display starting at 30% then 35% then 40% and the young unprofessional girl kept telling me in very broken English that I'm supposed to choose from those tips, not choose to customize my own tip and she had the audacity to keep reversing the screen back from my custom tip to the 30% that she insisted! The middle aged Asian woman who was there came over to see what all the fuss was about from the younger girl and the middle age woman was more reasonable and allowed me to leave my own custom tip. I figured I would try here first and if it was exactly what I wanted, then I would return. I arrived early and decided to sit in my car for a little prior to entering. After sitting there for about 5 minutes, my massage therapist approached my car and asked if I was Lauren and there for a massage appointment, to which I said yes. She invited me to come in early and we could get started. I did not know what to expect but it was a small space once you walked inside. I was offered to use the restroom prior to starting, to which I did. It was a cute and homey bathroom. Good vibes! Then I was led to the first room, where my massage therapist inquired about areas to work in, which are always my neck and shoulders mostly. She gave me time to undress and returned shortly after. It was cool too because she offered me any music I wanted to listen to, which I informed her that I listen to everything. So she played a nice mix that was appropriate.
