A couple of my favorites have been Stargazer and Seven Sisters, but recently ordered the current Shooting Star offering which features micro-lots that Tony and Lauren have come accross. The current offering is Hondouras-Finca la Esmeralda and is AMAZING! my new all-time favorite, and I am ordering a couple more bags while it is available. I love a good local coffee shop that cares about the quality of their beans and roasts and this is exactly what I got. So many great notes and flavors. When I ordered my cold brew she asked "do you like it strong?" And I really do. All of this to say... I had a fantastic experience from the time I walked in the shop to the last sip of cold brew. The service was great, the atmosphere was nice, but the coffee was immaculate. Honestly, when I'm near Owl Eye again on my way to Beulah in the summer I will be stopping with my family. And if they have beans for sale I will be buying some bags! I live for fun specialty matcha and while they did have one on the menu, the pine flavors weren't appealing to me. Surprisingly, the real star of the show was the bagel.
