I had them put away because they are extremely nosey and I was afraid they would go crazy barking at someone new in the house. Jennifer simply said, "I like dogs, they're fine." Well, apparently my dogs liked her too! Even my little "meany," who normally does NOT like people, was following her around and practically begging for her to pick him up. I was shocked! And the cleaning? Exceptional. I have 12-foot-high mirrors in my living room and master bathroom, and Jennifer cleaned ALL of them! She pretreated and scrubbed my showers, thoroughly cleaned the toilets, dusted everywhere, and even cleaned my artificial plants. She paid attention to the little details that so many cleaning services overlook. My home looks and smells marvelous! I've hired numerous cleaning services over the years, and I can confidently say Dust Bunnies has exceeded them all. The quality of the service, professionalism, attention to detail, and Jennifer's genuinely kind nature completely won me over. I'm sold! Dust Bunnies has a new loyal customer. If you get Jennifer, you are in excellent hands!

I want to start by saying I have been using this company for almost 3 years on a monthly basis. I hardly ever had the same ladies come to the house and If I did I never saw them more than twice. The turnover here is insane. They did a fine job. However, on the last cleaning they stripped the finish on the oil rubbed bronze fixtures in my bathroom. When I went to address the issue via email, text and calls no one will respond or take accountability for the mishap. I have sent numerous texts, calls and emails. It's been almost 2 Months and no one will return my calls or texts or emails. I am 7 months pregnant and don't have the time or energy for this. They left me high and dry with an added expense of having to change out faucets at my own expense since they don't seem to want to own up to their mistakes. This company is unreliable and doesn't take accountability for their actions.
