I asked if it was a shortage of trucks and / or drivers. She said, that too. She apologized and said they would make it right. They knew we were senior citizens because we receive the senior discount. She said she would call the next day and let us know the status. We reinforced that we need the oil as soon as possible because we were under a quarter tank. The next day - after noon - we received a call they would come out the following Thursday. That wouldn't work because we were going to run out of fuel. She tried to say that it was a misunderstanding and they planned on being here the following Thursday. This was a lie and we cancelled the delivery and made arrangements with another company for same day delivery.
