To good to be true…read more What a wonderful lie that I wanted to believe. There is mold in this unit. I discovered it growing on my things, clothes , bed frame. Window in the bedroom. Then when I informed the management company they wanted me to sign my rights away to stay or get out. So of course I chose to move out. Now they are claiming my 1000.00 deposit saying I caused the Mold in the unit. The unit upstairs had a flood and had renovated twice because of Mold. I guess they are to stupid to understand the laws of water physics. Please do not trust them. They will scam you out of your money. All this while a pandemic is happening and I am a nurse helping others. Shame on them for doing this to people.

Most other management companies are owned by private equity or are national management companies with offices across the country and their corp office may be in TX, Colorado or Miami. Their management fees are fair based on the market and their reimbursable fees are usually lower than most other management companies. Owners don't understand that Resource Property Management and other management companies don't have the "power" they think that management companies have - all decisions rest with the Board of Directors for the community. But, RPM has broad shoulders and will take the abuse from owners who don't understand this concept. Resource Property Management is on the cutting edge of technology and is always trying to enhance their services to their communities. They wouldn't have been so successful for the past 35 years and have grown organically without being ethical, honest and providing quality service to their management communities. I know first hand from having witnessed their executive support, management style and great customer service!

My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

Every day they tell you that the manager will call us back. Never happens.The lack of responsiveness and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Based on our experience, I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
