We stayed at Rainbow village November of 2016, they were going through a total update and…read moreremodel,the laundry ,the landscaping, adding rental units ,even the pool was redone ,tho not open to the guests. One of the regular residents ,upon our arrival helped guide me backing into our lot. His name eludes me now,I will post it if and when i remember. I met a man from Quebec ,Canada in the laundry room ,who was most gracious ,he even saved me a trip to get quarters for our wash, by offering to exchange bills for Quarters. His name also eludes me. Very large and impressive looking . The only complaint was the internet and it was hard to make an initial booking . Very difficult to get a live operator to make the booking - it was wonky . Too bad but we found out they will no longer be taking short term booking anymore .

She…read morealso posts about her workers/customers on social media asking for advice acting like a wounded victim. She doesn't follow up on her cleaners to make sure the job is properly completed or mentor new hires. Blames everyone and doesn't take criticism or accountability for anything. It's a shame because she has 2 cleaners that are excellent but she makes customers wary to deal with her and customers stay because of these employees. There are so many examples that I can't even get into. Glad we switched cleaning services. Sorry to her employees for this review

No changes on the structures of the house i have the workers ready but First Services isn't answer my emails because to call them is impossible, always someone calls someone and another person sends out the info, with every call is the same.... Ohhhh but my monthly payment is ON. Thank you!!!!
