They said he was just as patient and respectful when he came 2 days later and had to reset the breaker and point out which two things not to plug in at the same time. When they left I had Dan right back out to add additional circuits and some extra lights and outlets. They worked almost an entire day and Dans prices were unbelievably reasonable for the work done and amount of man hours. I will definitely be having them back out and now have his number listed in our Property Welcome Manual so guests can call him if they can not reach me. I'm SO hesitant to write this review bc I want Dan to be able to come when I need him, but Dan is such a good guy I had to share!!

So he recommended Red Royal. They came out that same day and told us what the problem was. Power from the pole died due to the line being old and it not being buried in a tube. Replacement needed. They were out the following day and started digging WITH SHOVELS. They almost finished the job but the part they needed to connect to the box was not available until Monday. Back early on Monday they got the power going. Inspectors came out (Dunedin) and approved the job. They came back out and buried the line and left it looking like brand new. He was at our home within 24 hours of being called, right on time (he actually called to say he could be early,) and he was totally professional and courteous. He didn't need to come inside at all for what he did, but did everything right at the breaker box in our garage. Now I am a totally non-technical person where I don't get most mechanical things nor do I understand them so I say this to bare in mind my level of comprehension for what he did. Lloyd didn't just say I'll take care of it, is everything working again and leave. He asked in detail what the issue was, then he explained to me at a very basic level, not because he was being rude but because I clearly showed any knowledge at all of what he was doing, exactly what the issue was and how he would fix it. He was done within 15 minutes, changed out the breakers for the faulty ones we had and was absolutely kind, professional and just top notch.
