Communications with this company are great and questions were answered quickly and completely. All you have to do is read the reviews of this company and compare them to others to see that Roll A Guard is head over heels the best choice. We didn't feel the need to get another estimate. The accordion shutters look and operate great, are really unobtrusive and talk about peace of mind! They use top of the line products, no skimping on quality. Glad we got it done before the next hurricane season too. Shaun & Samantha are a fabulous team to work with, everything from initial consultation to full design and installation. Caitlin the office manager is super sweet and always follows up, and our installer Chris was just as much of a perfectionist as we are! Can't wait to use them again in the future for custom shutters!

This particular blind fabric has a woven look with a rich sheen and compliments the wood cabinets so well. When I chose blinds for the house over 20 years ago I chose Hunter Douglas. I chose to go with Shutters he recommended and they are amazing! The service was incredibly fast, transparent and Dustin was very communicative during every step of the process. I also had a few other companies give me quotes, none of them could come close to the prices Dustin was able to offer. The best part was Dustin was the first person I spoke with, he was the person that came to my home for the presentation and he was also the person that installed the Shutters, I was relived to be able deal with one person throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business.

I wanted to change from drapes to shutters in my front window. I knew that I wanted Hunter Douglas…read morequality because of a past purchase of wooden blinds for my den. I contacted Linda Zucco (owner) and invited her to come out and give me some advice. After reviewing my situation, she recommended the Palm Beach Shutters due to the direct sun I get from my westerly facing window. These shutters do not warp, fade or wear out. Perfect. The shutters are all custom made. Linda first sent over someone to precisely measure the window and then Hunter Douglas did the rest. Today, they were expertly installed. Their installer (John) tweaked the shutters to fit the space perfectly. (see pic) I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Please give Linda a call. She is friendly and has very sound advice concerning window treatments and Hunter Douglas.

My husband has been waiting for over six months for this company to correct the unacceptable work…read morethey performed in my home. They installed extremely expensive blinds, the service has been profoundly disappointing. Since the installation, they have repeatedly scheduled appointments so they could come and address the numerous issues. Each time, my husband rearrange his work commitments and personal responsibilities to accommodate them, only for them to show up, look at the problems, and leave without making a single repair. At this point, it feels as though they are simply wasting his time and showing complete disregard for their customers. My husband had spoken directly with the owner (or the person in charge) as well as her son, and despite countless conversations and promises, nothing has been resolved. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect is astonishing. When customers invest this kind of money, they expect quality workmanship and reliable customer service. Instead, he has been left with endless excuses, and six months of frustration. I am formally requesting that this company either: Properly repair and complete the work to the standard that was promised, or Remove all of the blinds and issue a full refund. No customer should have to endure this level of incompetence and neglect after making such a significant investment. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think carefully before doing business with them. My experience has been extraordinarily disappointing, stressful, and entirely unacceptable.
