Since the installation, they have repeatedly scheduled appointments so they could come and address the numerous issues. Each time, my husband rearrange his work commitments and personal responsibilities to accommodate them, only for them to show up, look at the problems, and leave without making a single repair. At this point, it feels as though they are simply wasting his time and showing complete disregard for their customers. My husband had spoken directly with the owner (or the person in charge) as well as her son, and despite countless conversations and promises, nothing has been resolved. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect is astonishing. When customers invest this kind of money, they expect quality workmanship and reliable customer service. Instead, he has been left with endless excuses, and six months of frustration. I am formally requesting that this company either: Properly repair and complete the work to the standard that was promised, or Remove all of the blinds and issue a full refund. No customer should have to endure this level of incompetence and neglect after making such a significant investment. Each window operates on a wall mounted remote in addition to a phone app when we aren't home. That being said, the service wasn't as wonderful. It started with a two week delay in the delivery/install. We were told it was due to the holidays. The holidays weren't a surprise, that should've been factored into the promised date. On install date, we were told two people....only one came and to his credit, he stayed until everything was done. The remotes and additional minor parts were not included and had to be delivered later. We had to call a week later looking for those parts and after reminding them, a week later they were installed and mounted. Then we ordered side channels. It was recommended to us by H of S to see if we needed them and it could be easily ordered. 3 weeks later, and lots of calls and texts, we were promised delivery twice, each time with an excuse why it wasn't going to happen. We gave up. Overall, the product is great, the service and communication, horrible.
