They were professional, courteous to me and residents when entering and performing their work on sprinkler heads. They were exceptional in their clean up procedures, also. They were able to solve water pipe problems (old rusted piping) when draining the fire lines to the our satisfaction and to complete their work. After calling our prior service company (and calling, and calling, and never getting action), I checked reviews and then called A to Z. They could either schedule a tech to come to us, and at a better rate vs the prior company, but if I wanted to bring the extinguisher to the A to Z shop, they could inspect and tag the extinguisher and it would only be $30 (!!!). This is Jan 2023, so rates can change over time, but yeah, I was super impressed. I popped to their shop, and in about 15 minutes everything was done. The Fire Marshall will be happy, and our HOA saves some money. The service was fast, easy, friendly, and great. AND (as another reviewer mentioned) A to Z will contact us each year a month or so before the inspection is needed. Excellent :)

I've been on hold for an hour - spoken with four representatives two of whom said they would process the cancellation but instead, they pushed me back to the main customer care loop. When I attempted to cancel the contract, the cancellation fee was equal to the amount remaining on the full contract - over $500!!! To make matters worse, ADT had automatic withdrawal from my brother's account to the tune of $50.03 per month. When I called ADT to stop automatic withdrawals, I was told I could only stop the service portion of the payment, not the equipment portion. I authorized that. The next month, both withdrawals were made on my brother's account. I have been trying to call them to find out why the automatic withdrawal for the service fee is continuing but my calls go to voice mail and no one calls me back.
