They don't want to do any level of work between tenants - you are expected to do everything before leaving (professional carpet cleaning, window cleaning, sweep, dust, mop) their role is just to sit back and collect. I got a third part vendor to come out and check for a leak and low and behold they found a leak. I have been calling and emailing them for weeks now about what we can do moving forward being that this is making me and my children very sick. I have been ignored and passed around from person to person. They have said they are handling this and reached out to my third party, but when I called, they said no one has reached out to them. They also stated they reached out to the leasing office but no contact back. I have seen and heard from 7 homes that left here very quickly. The turnaround is insane and I see why. PLEASE don't lease from this Company!

    Honestly one of the worst landlords I've ever had. The entire process was painful from move-in date…read moreto getting my deposit back. I would like to touch on a few of the issues that happened during my rental experience with Jodie. - When I initially moved into 256 144th Ave N. Madeira Beach, FL address the apartment was filthy and smelled of mold/mildew. Jodie attempted to investigate the issue herself and could not find mold anywhere. However, there was mold visibily growing in the bathroom. The owner and Jodie both did not bother to have a professional come out and look at the property for mold elsewhere. - The property has two entrances. When I moved in I requested that I be granted a key for the back door for emergency situations instead of only having access to the front door in case of a fire. I was told no by Jodie and the owner because they didn't want me having access to the back of the property at all. I was dumbfounded by their response since that is a HUGE no-no with regards to tenant safety. - Initially, prior to moving in Jodie, the owner, and myself agreed that the furniture could be removed and placed in storage. No addendum was created by Jodie about the type of storage unit I was going to acquire. I granted Jodie a key to my personal storage unit to have on file since the owner's furniture was being stored there. Jodie entered my storage unit without my permission or knowledge and then did not notify me until after the fact. She proceeded to complain about the type of storage unit it was, but as previously stated nothing was in writing about the type of storage unit the furniture was going to be stored in. - Once I realized that this was an unhealthy living environment I requested that I be let out of my lease. Jodie was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I am a healthcare professional and cannot live with mold in my apartment. Jodie refused to end my lease and it wasn't until the owner approached me separately in person that I was finally able to end my lease. - Upon moving out she came up with ridiculous reasons to keep as much of my deposit as she could. I can provide documentation of her letter for anyone inquiring. She charged me for normal wear-and-tear on the apartment including: nail holes, pictures being an inch off from original placement, moving small furniture (2 lbs) back to its original placement, feline urine (even after non-refundable pet deposit), and the list goes on. Jodie only gave me back only 30% of my deposit and the apartment was cleaner than when I moved in! - Also, I asked to do a thorough walk through with Jodie upon completion of my lease and once she arrived at the property she stated that she had "an emergency" and could not do a full walk through to clarify any claims that might arise. - She takes forever to respond and never returns phone calls. Once again, if you have any questions or want to hear more details about my interactions with Jodie please feel free to reach out. My two months dealing with Jodie were awful. Like
