Our vendors were never notified of the change in billing and most stopped providing services after payments got delinquent. Past due notices were never forwarded to the HOA or new management by RPM. The HOA was notified via ponds that became overrun w algae, spiders took over garages,and fire safety systems went unchecked. Years of hard copy documents supposedly were transferred but no one seems to know what happened to them. One would expect an orderly transition from a company that is 25 + years in business. It's been a nightmare. The replacement company over promised and definitely under delivered. I will write a review on them next.
