I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and as of this writing they have not responded to it. I have also filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. Recording the deed is a basic function of a title and escrow company.

But, RPM has broad shoulders and will take the abuse from owners who don't understand this concept. Now they are claiming my 1000.00 deposit saying I caused the Mold in the unit. The unit upstairs had a flood and had renovated twice because of Mold.
