To me he was just a number and not given the respect or care he should have received. He now has Alzheimer's and the facility lost his aids. I begged for assistance, however I was unable to even get a copy of his supposedly last hearing test, which I know was not as old as they are trying to tell me. Another hearing aid company is willing to help with seeing if they can fit him with aids that were turned in. They of course will need to do a new hearing test but the old test would give them a base line to ascertain if the aids they have can even be adjusted to help my husband. thanks for nothing AUDIBEL. I agree with the person that wrote the other review...you do have to make an appointment even to drop off and aid for repair and then wait for them to get around to you. The office is NEVER BUSY - BUT THEY MAKE YOU THINK THAT.
