I finally found it by dumb luck just before my wife have vacuumed it up off the living room floor When I finally got my appointment, I was ready to give the man Brian who is in charge a running over for shit service. But when I arrived, he was no longer there The new person Olga Perkins was fantastic. So very helpful, she did a fantastic job of tuning my hearing aids and showed me features and how to use the app something that Brian hadn't bothered to. Brian was just going through the motions doing the minimum possible Olga is fantastic. She gave me her personal phone and email and said to contact her anytime and she would help. I was able to go online, set an appointment w/in the next hour on a SATURDAY AM .. Yes, I was impressed. As well, I could pay my copay online and not have to deal w/that in the office. I got in and was taken maybe a couple minutes after my 'appt' time; def'ly NOT a problem for me...regular doc's office typically has you waiting up to 30 mins. The staff was very friendly and I felt true concern as they wanted to help me feel like the living again. I wa sin and out w/in 20-30 mins tops. I have found me a new medical practice! Convenience of multiple locations and weekend hours ~ doesn't get much better than that!
