I had two separate calls from his representatives to confirm my appointment that's it, nothing more. No instructions were given to complete prior appointment. Let me talk first about the location in general. The plaza is it located on a sharp right turn, you are quickly shown entrance to a parking lot used by the plaza. A $10 parking fee is required. No one mentioned that parking will be charged a flat fee. Great, at least I came early and I parked further away and walked about six minutes to the medical plaza. Once I arrived there, it took about 10 minutes to locate place in general. I called twice and had representatives on the line helping me with the location, no signs anywhere. Keith took all my information and checked my ears. He then said, "I need to clean your ear before the ear exam. It'll be $35." I was so confused, as I was told that my insurance covered everything. He essentially said well call whoever you need to call but here it's $35. WHAT? Why did NOBODY tell me before this appointment. I left his office and went straight to calling the service number to discuss my frustration. They were completely understandable and informed me the owner is actually Keith, and if i had any constructive feedback that he will be the best to talk to. I was just outside the building so i head back in and talked to him. I clearly told him that he needs to better inform his patience on the steps that need to be done before the test. He quickly defended him self saying well there is no way of knowing unless i see it. Uhhh, okay? How do you Keith, except us normal individuals who DIDNT go to schooling for this know that there is previous steps needed to complete before conducting the test. He zoned out after my response. He went back to his computer and said "yeah yeah okay". Hu?! As a business owner, it is important to take ANY feedback, good or bad to improve your business. This clearly shows who he is as a individual. Keith is NOT a professional individual who "provides patients with a friendly, compassionate and understanding care..." like his website saids. What a joke. I will avoid this location as he is only motivated by $ than his patience.

They always help me out in a bind and are so gracious and accommodating. I can not recommend them more. You will be happy, you did!

    Just wanted to add to my previous review. I am now over a year post op and have had nonstop issues…read moresince and have been miserable. I have now been to an ENT at UCLA and an ENT at Cedars Sinai who both reviewed my CT scan before Dr. Sigari performed surgery and said that the CT scan was perfectly clear. They would have never proceeded with any surgery. My issues were worse than they were before. The ENT at Cedars Sinai even called Dr. Sigari to notify him of this and he never got in contact with me after. This was after he had found a stent in my nose 3 months post op which Dr. Sigari's nurse said was impossible. As a few of the doctors have said, Dr. Sigari is not in business for healthcare. He is in business for business and it is incredibly disappointing that he doesn't care about his patients wellbeing.

While under zero anesthesia he has the nerve to tell a patient not to raise her hand and say ouch... "once is enough" he said. If I was in that room I'd have had charges pressed because I would have hit him. Unprofessional and lacks accountability. Do not waste your time here. This procedure was done months ago but I just received an estimate of a potential bill from insurance which was also handled the wrong way so I now get to track and trace through the paper trails into finding why this was handled so poorly.

From start to…read morefinish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional--especially as this was my first time seeing an ENT specialist. A huge thank you to Charlotte, my PA at the Marina del Rey office. She took the time to thoroughly explain my CT scan, listened attentively to my concerns, and provided clear, thoughtful solutions for the sinus pressure and multiple sinus infections I've dealt with over the past year. Her knowledge and compassion immediately put me at ease. She recommended a septoplasty along with additional procedures, all completed in a single procedure that took less than an hour. Also a big thanks to Trisha who walked me through the process and provided me my insurance coverage information. I had my procedure done at the Long Beach location and was just as impressed. Lauryn and Megan were incredibly kind, calming, and welcoming--they truly made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Sigari did an outstanding job; the procedure was far less painful than I expected with local anesthesia, and everything was handled with precision and care. Overall, my experience at both the Marina Del Rey and Long Beach offices was beyond incredible. The entire team created an environment that was professional, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate. I walked away feeling calm, confident, and extremely grateful. I couldn't recommend this practice more highly.

I went to UCLlA and Ceders and got wrong treatment by two PAsI / She said "PAs an do the same things as Doctors"???? She left out, they do not go to Medical School. I explained that with acute ear infection in middle air removing wax did not work , water caused infection and drops will not go into my middle ear. I cannot hear. They only want to upsell you their expensive sinus procedures etc. I would have like to find this out. HORRIBLE patient NON CARE. I have told this to several Doctor friends and they think they should be reported. Very Very disappointed ! Shame on them.
