The lady who cleaned the ear wax out was so nice and it didn't take long at all. She did such a great job. I can hear so much better. It was $80 and worth every penny. You, Brendan O'Toole, so-called hearing associate, obviously know nothing about how different people process information. My daughter has severe OCD, and processes information, depending on many factors. I tried to explain this to this "person", and he brushed me off by saying her cognition test score had nothing to do with her condition! Of course it does! "He" then proceeded to say that her cognition has significantly declined and my daughter should immediately see a neurologist regarding Alzheimer's. (She's 37 and is very concerned about diseases and illnesses). Her father died from Parkinson's. "He" said this in front of both of us! My daughter left the room crying and exclaimed she would never go back there and see him. I said neither would I! Such blatant lack of consideration for our feelings, along with his lack of knowledge should be reported to the Director of Audiology. As an aside, my daughter got her degree in classics and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
