They also don't tell you you're seeing any of three different dentists and don't get the same dentist every time. And add that I was THREE minutes late and they mentioned it about FIVE TIMES after calling and they told me "oh it's fine it happens" clearly not since they had to keep mentioning it.... Oh and they will talk over you if you try to speak and won't hear you out at all. Was told I would receive a phone call from the dentist himself after all this @4pm. I waited hours no call. He called me at 8 at night. Truly a waste of time and unprofessional establishment. You are better off going anywhere else if you have children! I've never left a bad review anywhere but I felt that this was the ONLY voice I was given in this situation. Such a shame.

And now, at day 8, I still have no pain and aside from food getting into the hole, I have no complaints. I made sure as well to ask the same questions and more in person. It was explicitly explained to me that I would only be paying a certain price. So I paid that in order to set my next appointment because they couldn't do the work that day suddenly. These places know exactly what they are doing. 3 people telling you the same thing then suddenly everything's different. Come on expecting to get the work done and now I'm told I'll have a $1,400 bill before I leave. DON'T go to them, they are NOT transparent and will suddenly come up with exacerbated new charges. They do not honor their promos in full either. Can't put a negative score or I would. PS I never write reviews. This was theft basically and legally they are allowed to do it.

I talked through a very specific financial plan with them that accounted for when I was getting paid and how much I could do. I THOUGHT I was being taken care of. Didn't last one month before the strangeness started with billing -- telling me I didn't have to pay anything when I came in, then calling me on the phone the very next day, I pay it, they say I haven't. Then I go in for my next appointment to fix a temporary crown. I was late by LITERALLY 2 minutes due to their long line and they decided to take someone else instead of checking to see if I was waiting. They told me I could wait there for many hours OR come the next day. So I come back the next day and they refuse my service due to....you guessed it, the bill I was told I already covered with my first payment, then told I didn't pay, then I paid again, only to still somehow owe them money.
