I would not recommend doing business with this company. Your told one thing by the person taking the calls and another by the owner. You took the money with no problem but to get a full refund you suddenly have "policies".

When I called to ask about the other $50 I was told it was the deductible. I told the person on the phone to have the owner call me which didn't happen. At no time was I told I would not receive a full refund. For this reason I would not recommend this company. They performed no service and charged a 92 year old man for this.

On 3/22/21 I arranged urgent wheelchair transportation for my mother for a stat MRI of her brain to…read morerule out a stroke. Patrick was initially very accommodating on short notice and informed me he would make the pickup 1 hour before the appointment. He never showed. After several calls, he finally said the company that he contracts with didn't have a vehicle available to pick to my mother up. This was 10 minutes before the appointment. He knew this was a stat MRI and then offered to make the trip the following day, which was not feasible. I had to pay the fee up front, $160.00, which was done by him sending me an invoice by e-mail and me paying it by credit card through his online payment system. I asked for an immediate refund and he said he would make same. To date, 4/9/21, and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls, which now go unanswered and unreturned, the refund has not been made. We are in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company and have filed a BBB complaint.

It's a very stressful time for and elderly patient, but these two made sure that she was in good hands. I also had to use their transport back home, again the gentleman (sorry I didn't get his name)on the transport took very good care and was reassuring and helpful. They needed a second person (didn't get her name) and someone was there in minutes to help carry her up the steps into her house. They made sure she was safe and sound. Great people make a great organization. This is a great organization. Thank you for your great work ethic and compassion for the people you take care of.
