They do not pick-up on scheduled dates, cancel rescheduled visits and have billed for services that were never done. They don't have anyone we can speak to locally and corporate can never get in touch with the branch in our area to reschedule every time they miss. When we can get them to finally show up, the employees can never give us any answers. It's been a rollercoaster with this business. Very unimpressed.

There's signs all over directing you where to go for the various disposal stations. No one has been particularly friendly, but I've not had any issues either. When I accidentally dropped my collection basket with the cardboard once, a few people were able to come over and retrieve it from down below with only minimal embarrassment to myself lol. I appreciate that this is accessible as far as location and hours. It's even kinda neat that there's an education center, though I wonder how much activity it actually gets.

we have been paying these guys for shredding service for few years. they are always late and only…read moreempty about half the bins. these past two months they have refused to service us altogether. when we called to try and get someone to pick up the paper we were given false promises of a pickup but they never showed. they claim to be open but when we went to the local site the doors have been locked on all entrances. this has been the same for two weeks now. the customer service hangs up in the middle of a conversation if the agent gets bored. we have been trying for two months to get them to come do what we have been paying them for but no luck. finally we decide to cancel our agreement but they refuse to let go of our account and have still been charging us. we eventually had to cancel our corporate card just to get them to stop but then they sent us letters demanding we pay them but still no service has come our way. the last person we talked to said we are contractually obligated to pay them " whether services have been rendered or not" worst company to work with , worst customer service, and worst actual service if they ever did anything. this place is just one big scam now. strongly suggest buying your own shredder. costs cheaper and at least you always know whats going on.

To get a refund you have to talk to customer service in a different country. Then it takes weeks to get it sorted out. THEN it's "good luck" getting your money back for fraudulent billing.
