Moxie did not mention the reviews but did reverse the 150$ charge. For that i'll bump them to a 2. I appreciate them reversing the charge, but i do not like that this has taken 3 calls and me posting 4 public complaints before i get anything handled. Sticking people into contracts when you are not holding your end of the deal is not the right thing to do. I appreciate you correcting your mistake. ---- Moxie came to my home and performed 3 services, after the first service i noticed for the first time a mouse in my house that i was able to get rid of (without moxies help) and i noticed i was getting more ants than ever before in my yard. So i asked moxie to come and they sprayed again, to which i noticed my yard getting WORSE again. Moxie comes out again, final service. This time same thing, i have paid in full up until that point no issues. I call moxie again and tell them i want to swap services because their service wasn't working for me. Then they tell me I'm being charged a early termination of a 1 year contract a fee that was 150$ and if i had just gotten 1 more service with them would've instead only cost me 100$? Business is shady i refuse to pay this 150$ they are trying to charge 1.5% on top of that 150$ every month if i don't pay it too. Absolutely not i will not be forced into paying for a terrible service. I swapped companies and within the VERY FIRST SERVICE of the other company I've noticed absolutely no issues. I called moxie to dispute these charges 2 months ago, at that point i told them the same thing quit contacting me, your service did not work. Please show me in the service agreement where it said Moxie can pretend to spray my yard with some magical spray that is apparently useless, and never actually help me get my yards pest problem under control. I bet it doesn't say that. Do not contact me again. Do not expect me to ever pay this 150$ For any consumer thinking of buying them. These guys are some grade A car salesman they make theirproduct sound great then leave you hanging when they donothing for you. Then try to charge you for something THEY DIDN'T DO AND HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL UP UNTIL THAT POINT.

I observed no real difference with them performing their service vs before. I would suggest doing your homework before signing up with this company. I certainly will not make the same mistake again.

Mr. Tim Britt is a really nice person, been in the business for years and was extremely thorough. the quote was VERY reasonable. Within a few days the OTS crew of 3 super nice guys came out, drilled all around the house and inside where the damage was. They were courteous and friendly and did a great job.

I called your company today to have a technician come to my property to assist with a rodent…read moreinspection and I was treated very rudely by your receptionist who had issues understanding the annual plan I signed up for in Aug 2022 due to the lack of notes provided by your technician. The previous technician came out to service for ants and I was so impressed with his service that I asked if he could sign me up for continued treatment. I noticed a blk box outside and was very concerned about mice. He filled the box with bait and laid sticky traps in my vents and between cabinets in my kitchen. I called today because two mice were on the trap in the kitchen and I wanted someone to come out immediately. The receptionist begin to tell me that my service wasn't covered by the apt complex... when I advised I opted for additional service after the initial treatment then she advised me that the sticky traps were not laid by your technician so your company couldn't service that part. When I advised they were, then she advised that she couldn't confirm that as no notes were on file and since the technician didn't write in depth notes then she couldn't have that service added in the quarterly service. I asked to speak to your office manager to explain the situation, who rudely cut me off as I was explaining what the last technician did and what services I was needing... and when I asked her why she would not let me speak she stated "I want to move the conversation forward because I know what you want" When I advised her that would not be considered good customer service, she advised she felt we needed to speed up the conversation... And my question to her was: "Why?.." - what could be more pressing then helping a customer figure out how to resolve a problem and set them up for continual quarterly service? I asked to speak to the owner and was advised: He doesn't speak with customers and there was no direct way to contact him. I believe this is very poor customer service for people who are calling your company as a preferred provider and choosing you, over many, to service their homes. Customers who are utilizing their hard earned funds to maintain a professional relationship between your company and their needs should not be treated as unwanted burdens. I do not mind spending funds in the treatment of my home but I would prefer to spend my funds with a company that does not have a problem speaking to me in a professional manner. I hope this problem is solved before you lose more customers. And I was advised by the same office manager there was no way to contact the owner to voice my opinion which is why I'm providing it on FB. Have a good day.
