I cannot say enough about Erol and Cheryl at European Touch. We lived at the 710 Washington Blvd…read moreproperty on a quick whirlwind 1 year stay in Chicago. From the start we could tell they were hard working honest people, but by the end of the year, they made us feel like family. The apartment is nice and was enough room for my family of 4 with ample storage downstairs (included in the rent). The location was awesome, walkable to the YMCA, downtown Oak Park, the green line. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The building is amazingly quiet, and since we have left (with our two noisy kids), its probably even quieter. The only downside was the parking is a little tough in the winter if you have to park behind the building. Erol and Cheryl are definitely hard working, and are always available for your maintenance issues, if not immediately, within the day. They keep excellent care of their buildings and truly take pride in their work. I would take them with me to my new apartment if I could! I cannot say enough about the management and would highly recommend ANY of their buildings to any of my close friends and family.

We came from a very bad landlord who we had to take legal action against, and European Touch was the exact opposite. Look nowhere else in Oak Park for an apartment. -Brian W.

They also understand future maintenance needs for the building over the next 5-10-20 years and are planning a schedule for those activities.
