I needed to be accessible - after all, that morning the emergency international WhatsApps started beeping my phone at 4:30 AM. It's the dead of winter in a shore town and not much is open. Where can I find an Apple compatible charger cold on a late Saturday afternoon? Wawa. The night before I was in an Atlantic City hotel and they wanted $35 for one. Found one here for $14. SOLD. Sadly, no Wawa Philly pretzels today but I'll forgive them.

I understand you want to make money but let's be honest, you're making money either way. Your prices are already inflated at your non-boardwalk prices. But $2 over the norm just goes too far for me. It's the ONE time I actually preferred a blizzard over Kohr's Bros while walking the boards. We moseyed over and were checking it out. One look at those prices and we headed straight back to Kohr's Bros. So for every customer you rip off with your inflated prices, you are probably losing a handful more because of your sheisty tactics. They also have a sign proudly displaying that they don't participate in the upside down promotion. Of course they don't! No thanks! We'll continue to give our business to Kohr's Bros and our local Dairy Queen.

I was about to stop drop and roll when I saw the hot new prices at the boardwalk location. The promotional deals for the new blizzard was HOT HOT HOT! I only wish they were open this past February so they could warm me up from being out in the cold. I would do a banana split if this establishment ever closed! The workers are always so warm! I have a dairy intolerance and specifically requested no cheese. I didn't realize cheese had been included until after I had eaten most of my burrito. I called management since I had already left. I wasn't angry -- I just wanted a resolution. The manager explained that the cheese was located near other items, which honestly made the situation worse. The prep area should have been set up properly, especially considering how common dairy allergies and intolerances are. After he explained the prep area situation, he offered a remake or a refund. I opted for the refund and let him know I was right next door and would be over shortly. When I arrived, I stood at the register without being greeted, so I shifted where I was standing to be more visible. I still had to wait another minute or two after being seen. While that's not a long wait, it felt frustrating in the moment -- I was already upset about the food and the conversation, which seemed to focus more on justifying mistakes than resolving them. The manager processed the refund quickly, but then walked away without saying anything. I ended up tearing off my own refund receipt from the register. He returned shortly after with a coupon, which I appreciated -- but it would've been nice to know where he was going instead of being left standing there. All in all, this wasn't a great experience, and I'll likely skip this location on my next trip to SP. Note: I haven't spent much time out of the bathroom since eating that burrito. Thanks for that.

With that in mind food often gets mixed up, order is completely wrong, or the wait time is extremely long. The food is either the best or the worst thing you'll have but my only advice is eat fast because the second it gets cold it becomes meh. As for ambience it's a Burger King so obviously pretty bad.
