We discussed placement of the second piercings and whole procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate front desk staff and Xia for all their help. It's only been a few days but piercings are all healing nicely. Looking forward to working with them again if I decide to add more!

I was in charge of making appointments for my sister's friend (cuz i'm the "mom" and do things like that ). So I just went a head and made an apt for 2! Worked with my anxiety and got the one I thought would be the "worst" over with. I didn't bleed. I didn't curse! I didn't punch anyone! Hannah asked if I still wanted my ears done after my eyebrow and Ireally appreciated that. I may get another one. Haven't decided just yet. I did lock in who I want a Tatt from. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard, unrushed, and like the artist genuinely cared about the work he was creating. Cameron did an incredible job. The shop itself felt extremely clean, the artists had a fun camaraderie with each other, and the overall vibe was welcoming and comfortable. I've spent years considering a back tattoo, and after this experience I felt confident enough in Cameron's artistry and professionalism to immediately book a consultation for a larger piece. I'm so psyched right now! Almost feel like keeping Brian a secret just so I, and those that know…read morehim, can keep him to ourselves ;) I love my latest tattoo! It's beautiful. Brian (obviously the artist) is wonderful, he is super relaxed, he listened to all my silly request (I made plenty) and steered me in the right direction. The above was my review right after my tattoo by Brian. Way to many months have past, and this dumb blond obviously forgot to hit "post review". Anyways, way back when I was showing off my latest tattoo to my family back in the Netherlands my sister got so enthusiastic she booked a flight (May 2017), told me to "please book appointment with Brian" and came over for him to do the same tattoo on her. I feel should explain; for years I've been trying to get my sister her 1st tattoo, and for it to be a sisters one. I showed her many ideas before and usually got a ", not sure", until I came up with a rough draft for a sisters/family design (as to have my family close, having lived overseas and missing them daily), as I showed it to my sister she fell in love with the simple design on paper and said she would love this, Yes! she wanted one too. She wanted me to help her find a good artist in Amsterdam blahblah, moving forward... for myself I found Brian who made my design absolutely gorgeous so when sis saw it she knew she wanted him to ink her as well. She immediately booked her flight and was on her way to not just get her first ink but also visit me ! Yay! This was the best decision ever. It's even better than mine I'll be coming back with some other ideas I have

Such an excellent experience!…read more Travis and Miguel were just awesome!! After our original tattoo artist fell through and never showed up for our appointment, we were scrambling to find someone open the day after Christmas who would do walk ins. Luckily, Tron City was available and got us in quickly. They catered well to both of us. Me, a tattoo virgin who was totally scared, and my brother, who has had many tattoo before and was well experienced. Miguel was very kind and kept me calm and walked me through every step. Travis was thoughtful and really kept in mind my brothers other tattoos on his arm so the style didn't clash too much. I couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome. The vibe was nice and our frogs are so cute!! Thank you again.

I spent a lot of time working my design and he gave many ideas about would could work. The consultation process was seamless and although it's very easy to go in and want the ink right out the gate, he ensures he wants to make sure it's what you want before stickin in on skin. Provides clear instructions on after care and during that tattoo, he tosses on some movies and share ideas on certain films. The vibe overall is incredible relaxing and I felt comfortable every time I went in. I plan on using Rich going forward for the rest of the tattoos I have planned.

Tattoo 42 So I have been to this shop three times now…read more They're one of the few shops around that still does walk ins. Each time the artist was different, my fucking mistake! My first tattoo was done by a bald man whose name I forgot due to it being two years ago. I loved him! He did exactly what I asked. Went again, this time I had Rich. My fucking god did that tattoo hurt and my god did it end up lower than we planned. We spent so long placing the stencil that he said if we took any longer I'd have to come back the next day to actually tattoo, which would mean more stencil time I'd think? Anyways we ended up on the final location. It's an inch lower than I wanted it to be and I didn't want to ask him to move it up because it had already taken so long to get to where it was. It's supposed to be a tramp stamp and yet I can literally never see it due to how low he put it. But I trusted him and his tattoo knowledge on placement and what have you. My mistake!! Third time I went for a small tattoo on my face. Wanted just the outline. I had verified with my artist, John, that he was doing just the outline and not filling it in, I wanted to see just the outline first and go from there. He said he was just doing the outline. I trusted him. About 5 minutes go by, he says he finished and to take a look. The tattoo is FILLED IN. That is not what I wanted. That is not what I asked for. I am severely disappointed. I had begun looking at how to get it removed/fixed before he had finished cleaning up his station. I have been told that I should not have had to pay for this tattoo not being what I wanted. I will say John did say that the details may not be so sharp due to how small the design was, I understand this. But this does not mean that he can fill it in without telling the client especially after having had prior conversation about viewing the tattoo after the outline was complete. He also must've shaved a small layer of skin off or something because my skin where he shaved and aggressively wiped, hurts more than the tattoo. I will now be going through the route to remove this tattoo and get it done by someone who will actually listen to their clients. To anyone who still wishes to visit this shop and get tattooed here, I HIGHLY recommend bringing someone with you so they can be your extra set of eyes to make sure you actually get what YOU want. Also maybe go to the bald guy in the open space between the two front rooms on the left. He is the only one who did what I asked and did not screw me over with a tattoo that I regretted immediately after leaving the chair. If the artist can't do the job then they should simply say so instead of ruining the clients face
