I brought my dog, Chanel, to this facility for a grooming appointment, and unfortunately, she was…read moreinjured during the process -- the groomer cut her paw pad. I understand that accidents can happen, but what was most upsetting was how poorly the situation was handled. After taking her to the vet , I reached out to the facility expecting concern, accountability, and a sincere apology. Instead, I was met with a dismissive response from the owners. I had asked them to cover the cost of the vet visit, which I believe should have been offered immediately given the circumstances. Even more disappointing, I never received an apology until I pointed out that no one had offered one and that I was extremely disappointed with how things were being handled. Only then did they offer a brief apology -- but by that point, it felt insincere and forced. There was no follow-up to check on Chanel's condition, no ownership of the incident, and no effort to make the situation right beyond the bare minimum. After 3 vet visits, Chanel is thankfully healing, but this experience left me feeling upset and disregarded as a client. I'm sharing this so other pet parents can make informed decisions. Our pets deserve to be treated with genuine care, and we as clients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion -- especially when something goes wrong. I thought I was a valued and appreciated Customer. This experience completely showed me I was not.

I do not think my dogs were treated well at all! and they are in pain and still have fur that is knotted and matted! They also did absolutely no trimming or cutting of the hair, just complete hard brushing and pulling on my poor dogs skin! They also did not clean ears, cut nails, trim the fur around the feet, the back end, the ears, the face and did not brush underneath of them or their tails! What in the world did they do for 5 hours?!? I was in tears for putting my sweet pups thru this! Please do NOT go here! This is why you can get an appointment immediately! My pups loved the groomers and now they are terrified and in pain AND injured!!! Please stay far away from here! and no thank you from them for the tip that NEVER should have been given!! I should have received a phone call saying that they could not work on my dogs as they have no experience in dealing with thick double coated long hair! Horrible and so upsetting! Extremely overpriced for work that was NOT done!!! But Its not even the money! I'm so upset for my dogs and the pain that this is causing for my sweet babies and the sores! And the supposed owner did NOT work on my dogs! And they were still working (supposedly) on my one when I got there!! He looks like they only brushed him when I got there! Who knows what kind of people that she has working behind the scenes, they obviously are not trained in grooming and I don't believe they are even kind to the dogs!! The supposed owner let my one dog loose with no collar or leash on and she pushed the door open and ran outside and did not want to come back in!!! My pups wanted out of there, SO BAD, that they, literally tried to run from there and she just stood there, doing nothing, watching my dog leave! Thank God, I was able to get her! They also left a dog chained on the grooming table, all by himself unattended when I walked in, and was still there when I left 30 minutes later! This dog could have seriously hurt himself! Please do NOT take your dogs here! I am so sorry I did! My poor dogs are SO traumatized and in pain! I am so upset and mad!!! And my dogs were not given ANY water, they were panting SO much and they didn't want to stop drinking when I got them to my car after we left! STAY FAR AWAY!

To condense my pet's traumatic experience - The business was apparently experiencing a staff shortage, knowingly attempted to trim both of my dog's nails in an unsafe manner, and did not inform me of any injury. After driving the 2 miles back to my home, my elderly dog was bleeding profusely and the source of the blood was challenging to find. An emergency vet visit revealed his front canine tooth was shattered and there was a large laceration on his tongue. Per my vet, this injury occurs with impact. Only after 3 conversations did the groomer reveal she had both my dogs on an elevated table alone at once and my senior dog "may have" hit his face or head because the groomer was 'worked up'. I could explain in depth the attitude of the groomer, the lack of professionalism from the business, and the troubling way this was mismanaged but the details aren't necessary. I hesitate to post the pictures of his injuries because they're gruesome. In the end I was put in touch with their insurance company as requested for reimbursement for my dog's extensive vet bills and I believe that his vet services will be reimbursed. That being said, this in no way accounts for an unavoidable injury for Todd. I thought I was going to lose him given the volume of blood and his age. I would not bring any animal to a business that operates with such blatant disregard for the safety of the pets in their care.
