He was very thorough and found issues that my orthopedic doctor did not pick up. My problem was not in neurology. It was Orthopedic and he told me what my problem was, and how to correct it. It was a little problem getting in contact with the office; but when I did , I got an appointment in a couple of days . I would recommend him highly.

After 3 years they become obsolete and there is no software upgrades either. I was given the sales pitch to purchase new ones at the price of $6000. on two different occasions.I decided to stay with what I had until my dog damaged one of them. I was then told to replace just one it would cost 2-4K. I immediately went to Costco and couldn't be happier. The exam and hearing test is much more thorough. A camera is placed in the ear canal which displayed a huge ball of wax on the eardrum on one ear. I had been to MIracle Ear 3 weeks prior and that was not mentioned or detected? The customer service is much better also and I love my new hearings aids at less than 1/3 of the cost I spent!! I feel Miracle Ear is NOT worth the money!

Our Pediatrician's little girl at the front desk said that he doesn't do physicals any more. I know that that was crazy talk but if Dr. Markowski employs such ignorant kids to work in his office, I don't want to go there. Dr. Yoelson is charming, friendly and easy to talk to. At first because of covid fears I requested a phone appt. in which I had vaccine questions and concerns. They said they had to see me for a physical before talking to me about the vaccine. I have been with this office 35 plus years. I also have a high risk immune condition and have limited public exposure. I decided I would trusts that I would be in a safe environment. I went expecting my temp to be taken at the door (breeze way) were they were doing it at the start of covid, all would be mask and no more then 2 in the office. Same as my other doctors. When I got there, the office was busy with no one at the door for temps, but there was a table in the waiting room with someone taking temps and asking question. (So I was told) In the line of patients waiting was a man standing with his wife with NO mask. I stepped back outside deciding to cancel and reschedule my appointment. I called from the parking lot and explained the situation and I also asked if it would be o.k to talk with the doctor during my appt. time on he phone. They said they would call back. Well... I got a call from what seemed to be a unhappy office person telling me that NO ONE is allowed in if they are sick, ( I am guessing she meant with covid, it is a doctors office) (haha) and then she said everyone there had a mask on and I didn't see what I saw. She then said to talk with the doctor I would have to reschedule my physical and that if I wanted to discontinue coming to Dr Yoelson and find a different doctor to let the office know. Wow, I could not believe what I was hearing. I do have appreciation and respect for our very special health care workers during these tuff times, but.... we all have questions including the patients with a lot of mis leading scary information. All I wanted to do was talk to my GP about the vaccine. This is what I got. This practice has grown way to big with 6 doctors in a small office. Before I get vaccinated I want to go to a courteous office that puts fears, concerns and questions over physicals!

One day he had an acute bout of dizziness, loud ringing in his ear and severe nausea. I called the office to see if I could get him in. I told them his symptoms and stated how sick he was. They then told me that he could not be seen for a little over a month and a half. That he needed to have a hearing test first. I said he can hear just fine,, this is an acute thing and can a doctor at least look in his ears?! The woman on the phone said NO it is standard protocol to have a hearing test first to determine the cause. She then said to go to a walk in clinic. We had no choice so that is what we did. They basically gave him pills for dizziness because they were not equipped to check him out like an ENT doc would. His symptoms subsided a little over the course of a week, but he never completely got rid of the dizziness. Three weeks later it happened all over again. I called again and said he needs to be seen because this is twice in less than a month that this has happened. Again she said we have no openings until the appointment which was still over a month away. Complete lunacy!! Then four days before his appointment that we waited so long for, we get a letter in the mail stating that we needed to call them because they needed to reschedule the appointment!! Fist of all,, they couldn't call us? They send a letter for us to call? When I called, she said that they had to reschedule do to being down to only one audiologist and it was yet another month before he could be seen!! I said what??!! Really?! You let your patients suffer this long?? And now even longer?? I then said to the receptionist to completely take my husband off the list and also as a patient and that I was going to find another ENT office that cares about their patients. And I did. And they got him in in two days. What doctor cannot even take 10 minutes within a two month span to even check their patient's ears? This was a complete waste of time on my husband's part feeling awful for almost two months straight. And nothing but complete aggravation on top of it!! I would give no stars if I could. Go find yourself a more caring office.
