She was honest in her examination & evaluation of me and never tried to sell or upsell me. I was impressed. When my needs increased, I sought her out to find she now owner her own business. I made my appointment since I knew I'd put off hearing aids long enough. I was seen by her associate Dr Juliet Stuber who was delightful. She was extremely thorough and slowly & carefully went through my evaluation, testing and comprehensive overview/explanation. She never once ever even mentioned it was time for hearing aids, but rather allowed me to make my own decision etc. i had done a great deal of my own research before this appointment and interviewed many hearing aid customers / patients. We discussed brands, types and features of several type & models and I went with the company my own research suggested. Dr Stuber explained the type & brand were perfect for my hearing loss. NO PUSH, NO SALES PITCH, no pressure, just simple, old fashioned guidance & direction. I'm confident in my choice of company, doctor and equipment.     My hearing evaluation was on Aug. 4 with Kathleen Burch. It was determined that I needed hearing…read moreaids, I chose the aids. Kathleen told she would contact United Health Care and contact me by phone for my portion of the payment. Kathleen called on Aug. 25 and left a message with my financial responsibility and asking me to return her call. I called her right back and her receptionist transferred to me to her phone. She did not answer so I left a message with my name and phone number. She never returned my call. I had a previously scheduled appointment for Aug. 28 at 9am. When I got to her office there was a sign on the door giving a new office address. I went to the new address and was told that I didn't have an appointment and Kathleen wasn't in yet, even though another client was waiting to be seen by her. The receptionist told me that she had canceled my appointment because she didn't get ahold of me by phone. Kathleen strolled in shortly after 9am. She told me to have a seat while she settled in. I demanded that the situation be addressed immediately. She had never even ordered my hearing aids and told her receptionist to schedule me sometime in September. I have registered a formal complaint with UHC and am referred to another provider. Kathleen Burch is a very inept business person.

It was nice to see his awareness of personal hygiene. Brian explained thoroughly all the tests he was to perform and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Completion of the tests determined I was borderline in need of hearing aids. He gave me his honest professional opinion which was appreciated. Don't hesitate to see Brian at Hear To Go at his Liverpool office.
