This was a night and day difference from the other place I went to. As a clinician myself, I appreciated her warm, friendly, and informative approach, unlike the other place I went before. Best of all, she was able to clear my impacted ear within 3 minutes (which the other place said would take 2 weeks worth of visits to do). I could not have had a better experience. I sent them a message via the website over the weekend to get more information about the ear wax removal process. Rhonda replied Monday via email answering any questions I had. I then made an appointment for 10:30am Saturday. I was running a little behind Saturday but they were understanding. When I got there I filled about 3 pages of information and then Dr. Jodi came and took me to the back. She was very nice and personable. She was telling me what we all already know, don't use a tips, lol. She then checked my ears. To my surprise my left ear was clear so she only did the process on my right ear. The amount of wax that she got from the ear wasn't much but at least it was gone. It's $30 per ear for the ear wax removal process. They don't take insurance but you do have the option to use your HSA to pay.

We put this place through the ringer with several custom made aids, then finally finding something she could manage and do on her own. They were patient and invested quite a bit of time to make sure she was satisfied. Joey and his family have given their all and showed great passion in ensuring her ability to adjust, which has been a task. My calls were not returned for two days and it turned out that the receptionist/appointment scheduler was out and an out of state office had to respond to my voicemail. I have also had several times when I have had technical problems and the sole hearing technician was out due to illness or vacation, which necessitated my paying a competitor for what should have been no charge service. If you are like me, you chose your hearing aid supplier based on what is in network for your insurance coverage. I recommended getting price quotes from out of network providers for similar hearing aids before committing to any service.
